- It wasn't clean at all and the we couldn't use the bathroom a lot
- Some of the rooms and bathrooms are dated, however in their defence they are refurbishing the hotel and I am sure it will be perfect when they are finished.

The room was clean and the shower was good
I would not stay here again. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable, definitely not good quality. The room was extremely hot, and even though the listing said it had air conditioning, it didn’t work. The staff told us it only works in summer, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and there was no fridge or view. While the room was clean and the shower was decent, the hotel felt super old and outdated. For just €10 more, there are newer, renovated hotels in the area that offer a much better experience. Not worth the price at all.
All staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly. Large comfortable bed and great linen.
Noisy road and music heard until early hours of the morning. P
Good location, very clean, helpful friendly staff.
In need of updating the bathroom was tired.
Good sized bedroom with shower and plunge bath
Parking spaces a touch on the small size
Room exceeded expectation. Large with huge bed! Basic as you'd expect but clean! Kettle very handy! Great location short walk to the 'tran via' tram into city! Street parking right out front when carpark full! We would stay again!
Was a bit noisy as I'd read in reviews so expected but we were only there 1 night! It's on a busy main road so traffic noise can be heard and doors in hotel slamming etc but then I'm a light sleeper, nothing earplugs won't block out i guess! Rooms are a bit tired but believe Travelodge have only just recently taken over this hotel so guess they're in process of renovation!
Ask for two room next to each as we are family of four, The staff very nice arrange two room next each and internal door can be open( feel like 1 bed room apartment), private car park easy park my t6 van.
The hotel is old, toilet facilities is old.
Travelogue have just acquired this hotel and I am sure they will do all the work to bring it up to date. The staff were great and the location was excellent.
Convenient location with secure parking and restaurant. Pet friendly
Grotty rooms stained towels saggy mattress awful neighborhood. Full of builders who were loud and seemed to smoke everywhere. Didn't feel particularly safe. Anyone can walk into reception and into the lifts as often nobody behind the desk. Threadbare, scuffed and tired.
Staff were very friendly & accomodating. We were in need of a room, as our car broke down on the way to our holiday rental!
It was a bit “run down”, but we know it will be renovated in the future, as we saw the signage stating so.
The bed was super comfy and so was the duvet! The staff was very friendly! Clean a big room
I have nothing bad to say :)
No frills. Just clean comfortable rooms. Dining room with good menu and snacks and good breakfast choices. All staff friendly and helpful who obviously enjoy their work.
Location, staff.
Even though we put "do not disturb" sign to our gate, house keeping entered to our room anyway which is not good.
Accepted dogs. Free parking in the street
Bed frame dirty and sheets torn. Toilet didn´t flush properly. Road outside noisy
All as promised. A safe and clean option for anyone travelling by car and/or with a pet. Nice staff. Good value for money IMO.
A coat rack or something similar for hanging coats etc would be nice. Also, one light switch did't work.
I like this hotel. Stuff is very freindly, rooms are really clean. Perfect location for me
Bed (after 2-3 nights) too hard for me.
Needed a hotel for one night close to the university. It served its purpose for that.
it's very noisy hotel. could hear everything that was happening and being said in the room next door. Luckily the gentleman was pretty quiet and also by himself. Would have been very unpleasant with different neighbors. There's nothing in the immediate area to get something to eat, other then the hotel's restaurant.I had asked for a room in the back (away from the street) which I got, but didn't realize my view would be a blind wall 20 ft across an alleyway.
Very nice Hotel even if not in the historical center but Very easy to get it in 10 minutes by tram, I would say better because very quiet.
