Hesperia Murcia Centro

Staff extremely helpful and kind. Location excellent and close to Plaza del las Flores where there are great restaurants. Also close to the bus station. Will definitely stay at Hotel Hesperia again.

The bed was small

There was not not enough towels. There were two small ones. I used one for feet and one for hair. There was no left for my hands or face.

Disappointing,

Would not recommend without prebooking parking.Busy weekend, could not park anywhere, ended up parking in street in dubious district and getting taxi back into centre.Won't book again.

Location is good, and staff is nice.

Literally no space to walk around the bed. Noise from the hallway, and also noise from the room next to it - we could hear every single word, and whenever the toilet was flushed or the tap was on, you could hear it like it's next to your head. Very disappointing considering that the hotel advertises these rooms as soundproof.

Clean room, excellent bathroom facility, good location, great value

It's the best loaction you can imagine, everything is near city center, cathedral, good bars and restaurants, elevator is working good staff is friendly and proffesional

Some rooms like mine watch wall and there is no sunlight coming from outside that's only downside of the room but location compensate it :)

The staff at the hotel was friendly, kind, and attentive. I appreciate that I was able to have my luggage stored when I arrived early before check-in hours and that I was also given a warm welcome. The hotel is located within walking distance of Murcia's historic centre, with several points of interest nearby (i.e. Casino, Cathedral). The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and I also liked that the breakfast in the morning was well served. A lot of care is put into this hotel and it shows when you stay here.

No dislikes - but if I could make a small suggestion for making this hotel even better, would it be possible for the rooms to have a mini-bar inside their fridge?

Boutique hotel with

Small things like the single beds made up to a doable and facility’s in the bathroom

Clean and the location

Some of the staff can be more approachable!!

Great staff , clean and efficient hotel and excellent location

I did like all excellent location. Wonderful staff and services. The room was great everything was clean and in top condition. I can highly recommend Hesperia Murcia Centro. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Murcia again. Thank You Hesperia Murcia Centro

I can not think of anything I did not like.

Perfect location close to the cathedral and all the central tourist attractions in Murcia. Comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and great value for money.

Nothing, would happily stay hear again

Very central location Staff very helpful Good breakfastClean, comfortable rooms

No issues

Nice atmosphere. Great location friendly staff

The very slippery shower floor no where to grip not good for anyone but especially older people

Clean, decent size, nice shower, excellent location.

Location, size of the room

Not very clean, not a place for smokers, dark room.

Clean, semi up to date decor, location. The staff is pleasant.

No on site parking, very few items typically found in hotels.. when we asked for tissues, we were told to use toilet paper. The room we had, 119 was advertised as having a courtyard view. It had one tiny window looking at pipes and a wall 15 feet away.

Wonderful location, 2 short blocks from the cathedral. Pleasant, modern, comfortable chain hotel.

Budget rooms smallish, with window on air shaft…but expected for the reasonable price.

Great location, our puppy enjoyed the dog bed they supplied. Room was a great size

Nice, clean hotel close to restaurants, cathedral and small shops.

We liked everything.
