At the entrance even if I wrote I neede parking for the car they said no space had to park at the hospital nearby and paid 28,50 euros for 1 night absolutely not acceptible

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the mail square. Very clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.

Excellent service, great staff and awsame facilities

The crew was very nice but it was our first time in the hotel and the city, and we didint received all necessary information about the amenities when arrived, we need to ask every day for information, besides thay they were very friendly and knowlegable.

The room was clean and beds comfortable.

The road noise from the river view room and the shower knob to turn from hand held to rain shower would not turn once your hands are wet and I had to use a towel.

Rooms are lovely and clean. The staff were also lovely.

They are missing an opportunity to have decent bar facilities. Whilst there is a bar in the hotel, the seating is almost canteen style. There's another section which is more comfortable however it isn't sir conditioned and felt like a furnace.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Its location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the most beautiful area of the city, including the stunning cathedral. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

I booked this hotel because it said there was parking‌ available. However, when we arrived, we were told the parking was full. We had to leave the car at a hospital parking lot, which was a 10-minute walk away. Walking back to the hotel under the hot summer sun was very unpleasant and difficult.Also, since the parking wasn’t included, we had to pay for it separately. The cost for one night was €28, but thankfully the hotel stamped our parking ticket so we only had to pay €14.

Location was perfect. Five minute walk to cathedral, restaurants and cafes.

The location is great, walking distance into the city, the facilities were great - the bistro, breakfast the staff- all services delivered with a smile, everyone so friendly and welcoming- top services. Really great

Very close to city centre. Good outlook to rear. Quiet, good-sized room. Comfortable beds ( though mine a bit creaky for my partner if I got up in night.) Very pleasant breakfast room and excellent breakfast selection. Prices lower than expected in bar. Very pleasant service at bar for tea or coffee for bedroom. Large and comfortable lounge area on ground floor (we didn't use.) Good lifts, good wifi.

We wouldn't have looked for anything else in the hotel - all fine.

Great location, not far from all sightseeing , cafes, restaurants etc. ideal to walk around the city. Rooms were clean spacious. Plenty of towels, soaps etc . Room was was warm, well lit.The was huge , very comfortable

There was no coffee or tea making facilities ☹.. sometimes nice to wake and have a coffee, instead of having to get dressed and then return to room to get ready for day our ahead .. takes up an extra hour or so, not good on a trip
