The hotel is in an excellent location for easy access to the city and train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and dark, so we felt rested and refreshed each morning.

AC not effective room still so warm, no pool towels, parking is terrible, and swimming pool is the size of a parking spot - really... it is that small.

Our room was a bit rundown. I was expecting more for the price we've paid.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was great.

This is a very likeable hotel within 10 minutes walk of the historic centre of Murcia. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by the size of our room. The mattress was comfortable, the WiFi efficient, and the bathroom spacious. It was also a quiet location. The breakfast buffet was very decent with a good selection of items for all tastes. The fresh orange juice was a real highlight!

It's a minor point but the bread and baked items at the breakfast buffet were slightly stale. It was a pity that the pool/sundeck was out of use, but we acknowledge that it is still out of season.

Hotel was clean, in a great location and comfortable. We were provided with a cot and baby bath. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Murcia.

A wonderful place to stay, nice rooms , exceptional breakfast. Whilst reception staff were very a helpful and friendly the rest of staff could to with training . Small issues like our dirty towels from day one in the gym weee still there on day 3… the paper cups for water had dwindled to none since there were only about 5 to begin with . In the breakfast room 3 members of staff were standing around having a loud conversation but to get the scrambled eggs replenished at the buffet I had to ask. On day two we decided to relax a bit after gym and breakfast as well as having a shower so we put out the ‘ do not disturb’ sign. Leaving at midday I duly turned it around to ‘please make up the room’ and arriving back around 7 hours later the room service trolley was in the corridor about 10 m away from the room and I wondered why the sign was still where I hung it the explanation was that the room had not been touched . Nothing of this amounts to any major issue but it is those small niggles that bring down an otherwise brilliant hotel. The staff , although all very friendly and polite, fall way short of the mark of their colleagues in ,for example , the one Catalonia plaza in Madrid.

The was big and very clean. The hotel is located in the city center and the whole staff was friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this hotel.

Lovely quiet location but just across the river from the old town where the bars and restaurants are - it's a very walkable city. The bed was really comfortable, the room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and good value.

Nothing - everything was excellent

Room was clean and nice, breakfast was very good. Hotel owned parking was not cheap (19 EUR), but for the rather central location a very good option to choose.

Wonderful, varied breakfast. Roof terrace is lovely, just a pity pool was closed as it was March when we visited. Hotel has all mod cons but still has character. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very central

It says there is parking but actually not for all. We ended up having to look for a parking place that the staff directed us to, it took us over 1 hour to be able to get there because of closed off lanes and cost us €70 for two nights. They also took €200 deposit for our dog, which we have NEVER had before in any hotels including their sister hotel in Ronda. The glass by the shower had huge gap in it so when we showered, the floor got soaked. Room very small and all squeezed in. Really disappointed.

Parking garage was not at the hotel but in a sidestreet close by.Just a bit fiddly to locate but ok when found.

Very friendly and helpful staff.quick and efficient reception. Comfy beds. Great power in shower. Lovely to unwind in Bath after day of sightseeing. Good buffet breakfast.

My room was very noise isolated from both the outside and the other rooms. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a full bottle of great quality water in the mini fridge included in the price. The gym also had plenty of good water. The staff was excellent!
