Cons -
- The evening front desk agent was very rude! I arrived late after a long and exhausting journey of traveling and the lady in reception literally denied to check me and asked me to wait until she finishes balancing the cash drawer the thing she can do at the end of her shift.
- The receptionist at night was screaming on people and not doing her job as it should be , it looks like she can't do the job, the room was very cold and no covers, we were freezing we called on the phone no one answering, i went down the receptionist was still fighting with people, i real catastrophe
- The facility was newly renovated. There are still some smell left from the renovation.

Non-smoke room
The lobby was really dirty, the A/C does not work even though it’s stated that they have A/C (the receptionist confirmed that they turn the A/Cs off), the shower drain was clogged so when someone went in to take a shower all the water would go out. The towels had stains on them. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. All this happened in both of the rooms I booked.
Great location, tram line close to get into centre. Breakfast was amazing. Ample parking
Would have liked a kettle in room, but took my own as this seems to be the norm in Spain
End of road was tram into the city which took 15 minutes. We were seeing Black zuc in Garaje Beat Club which was a 5 minute walk. Our 2nd time if staying in this hotel. Parking on site too
Location, cleanliness and staff
Room has no cooling air conditioning (in the winter presumably for saving money?), and you can only turn it on for heating. However, the room was way to warm even without heating, and therefore one had to open the window. Since the hotel is in the middle of the town, there is a lot of street noise. So or so, one could not sleep. The room was too small.
It was clean, good value and we were able to get breakfast before heading out to explore for the day.
It was a little far from downtown.
A very good location easy to find off the motorway. Parking is excellent and the staff very helpful. The restaurant menu, while not extensive is fine for an overnight stay
Easy to find, room good size and comfortable. Had food in the restaurant which was very good.
The breakfast was ok but it all seemed a little disjointed in terms of layout and the coffee machine wasn't working
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Bathroom door was very noisy and the toilet was leaking slightly and smelt
A great location on the edge of the city and very close to the metro. The room was very quiet considering we were in a long and well-populated corridor. Very clean towels and bedding. The shower was fine and super hot. Good value for a couple of nights in the city. Excellent secure parking for our motorcycle. Courteous and helpful staff.
Corridors and carpets were a little tired but this didn’t trouble us unduly. One of our bedside lamps was broken, but this was addressed when we reported it to reception. All good. We would stay here again if we visit Murcia.
Very close to the venue we were attending. Easy parking all around and very easy to find. Staff were available and polite.
The bed was awful. A divan type but with only a thin mattress topper, probably the worst bed I’ve ever had in an ibis. The keycard failed continuously and we had to keep going to reception to get a fresh one.
In the evening we arrived worked helpful women, they helped with additional bed, let us to heat our food in microwave and gave hot water. Such as nice staff in Ibis Granada. But in the morning worked unsatisfied boys, they didn't try to provide full arrange of breakfast, during our visit to buffet shelves were almost empty, they provided tortila when almost all guests were finished breakf. So breakfast was extra poor. There were no hot dishes and very poor arrange of products, poor basic. Room is not big, but ok.There was small zone with toys for kids in lobby. Our kids liked to be here, when we were busy on registration.Good wifi. We found place to parking for free near the hotel.
Breakfast extra poor. Not the same as in other Ibis.
Nice shower pressure
Room seemed dirty and had hair on the bathroom.
Friendly and helpful staff Location
Missed a fridge, but not really much to dislike
Location! Staff were generally very helpful.
Although there was a thermostat in the room, you couldn't adjust the temperature. It was too cold for me at night. I requested a blanket. The only other option was to turn the thermostat off but then the room became too stuffy.
Perfect for a stop over on route to the south. Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Great value for money. Free parking. Good breakfast (for me).
Only small negative, we paid for breakfast at 10:20 and were not told it finished at 10:30. My wife was feeding the baby 5 minutes after paying and everything was cleared away.
Very helpful staff who was kind and courteous, especially during check in. Very easy process and they were knowledgeable about the area and answered all my questions. Nice, safe, and secure underground parking. Very easy to find and right off the highway. Decent area with a nice park outside to sit or take a light walk. Room was clean, wifi was very good, and the aircon worked very well. Room was actually quite large and the bed was comfortable. Check out was simple and easy.
Nothing, great experience
The hotel is very close to the tram station which goes to a square almost nearby the old town centre. The neighbourhood was very silent and peaceful.
