Very easy to get into city 5 mins on tram

The room was very nice

Clean and friendly staff.

Swimming pool closed during my visit. No bathrob. No slipper ready upon checkin - i have to request for it.

Very helpful staff that could answer all our questions. The hotel have a pool on the outside, which was nice to chill in during the super-hot summer days. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast did not impress. Compared to the one served by Scandic Hotels it was unfortunately sub-par.

Well equipped hotel with friendly staff. Convenient parking, good location next to the shopping mall and bus stop.

Staff speaks pretty bad English which is weird for a hotel. The entrance and reception hall smelled kind of bad. The hotel rooms are clean but not very modern.

Nice room, modern decor and all you need for a few days. Clean room and other areas. Coffee and tea facilities in the room.

The breakfast had a good selection but there wasn't much of the hot food... The hotel seemed to be suffering from the heavy rains as there was a smell like sewers in the reception area at times.

No soap in the shower bottles, the cleaning lady that comes to film the bottles upon our call to reception entera the shower with her shoes and leaves the shower floor filthy

The hotel bar had sports on

My first room smelled like a sewer, got a new room though.The sauna(turkish bath) wasnt working for the period of my stay, one of the biggest reason I choose this hotel.The equipment in the gym was outdated and in need of maintenance, also a big reason for my choose.Staff at the hotel bar and restaurant didnt meet my minimum requirements, customers that had been waiting for 10-20 min were ignored and newly arrived clients served instead of us waiting.

Once again AC was perfect for what we wanted. Concert venue close by, tram into the centre both cheap and fast. Room both spacious and reasonably priced. Plus, both members of staff who dealt with us were so nice and helpful.

Odd, but not the end of the world, that there are no plug sockets by the bedside cupboards.

As a city hotel its okay - not great

Hotel is located in-between a KFC & an Burger King - Room was clean and tidy - ours had a glass shower in the middle of the room - differentHotel had a sewage smell walls paper thin - you can hear everything your neighbours are doing breakfast is disappointing - cooked food was cold - limited choice

View was not good on 1st floor next to drive through Kentucky fried chicken

The room was new and clean. The Team were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and on site.

The location is too far from the historic centre - ca. 35 minutes on foot

Its a nice but old hotel with good location.wifi works really well

Breakfast, A 4 star hotel standard must have fried eggs etc. it was not available. No usb outlets and only one power outlet by the bed under the side board.No coffee / tea maker in room. And no free coffee at reception.Very small fridge is minibar not space for much private drinks.

Check in was good

The corridor to the room (124 on the 1st floor) smelled badly and that smell went into the room also. The room was very hot with the Aircon set at 26 Degrees. We had to open the window as we failed to operate and adjust the air con controls. On leaving to go out we asked at reception if they would adjust it which of course they agreed to do. When enquiring about the restaurant that night we were informed there were only cold snacks ie. sandwiches or salads available ! which left us no choice but to eat out. On returning to the room that evening it was just as hot with no adjustment having been made to the temperature. We tried sleeping with the window open but had to close it due to the noise of the traffic. Not a good night's sleep at all.This was our second stay at an AC hotel and neither were good (we stayed this time due to the hotel's close proximity to a clinic I was attending the next day) and I'm afraid I cannot recommend the hotel chain to anyone.

Easy to access, off street and secure car parking available.

There was an offensive odour in the hotel's surroundings during my stay. This odour wasn't noticeable throughout the entire hotel but was present in my hotel wing.

Saff very helpful, clean, good beds, great location.

Would like to have coffee in the room. Like in other hotels.

Location

Only very small things, safety light above door hanging out of it's holder, mold around shower, , sticky tape over lift button. All extremely minor but gave the place an uncared for feel

Clean. Nice bathroom. Good sized room. Fridge. AC. Closet space etc. Help with directions, transport etc. Close to tram station.

The pool was closed! Too bad, still having 28° Celsius … Insulation… noice from neighbouring room. And a washer somewhere (spinning)… a bit away from city centre

Exactly what the hotel should offer. Clean, well kept, not over the top yet elegant, polite and efficient staff, fine bedding, excellent bathroom facilities, old, but well maintained, fridge and minibar.

Could benefit by widening selection of English language tv channels. Only one available, and no news channels at all save for Spanish.ALSO : no fried or scramble eggs for breakfast! They used to do it, but strangely, no longer. Why not?
