    Pros +

    • The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.Breakfast was fairly good, with an acceptable variety.
    • Very kind staff Great location Parking usually available outside but can park in the underground parking for a fee if not
    • Room size is really big , you can easily get parking outside on the street .Quite far away from the city , and they don’t have gym and pool as it was written here beforeYou can get it from outsource gym next door for 6€

    Cons -

    • Since we were traveling by car, I cannot comment on the facilities or attractions around the hotel.Hotel parking costs an extra €15 per day. Free street parking is possible, but availability depends on timing. Some room amenities listed in the description were missing, such as a bidet.
    • I requested to make check out one hour later, at 13:00. They said that I need to 15 eur for this hour. It was Monday. In my opinion, it is not appropriate.
    • The staff needs to be trained to be more professional and efficient with customers. They seemed rude to me. A simple “hello”, “good morning” and “goodbye” goes a long way in making guests feel valued. I believe the staff could benefit from customer service and basic hospitality. Also, when they mention a pool, it’s important to note that it’s not owned by the hotel—you have to pay extra to use it because it belongs to a separate property. The hotel should be more transparent about that. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement, especially in customer service and clear communication.

    The large double bed

No coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was very basic.

Huge clean room and bathroom. Large sitting area outside of room, and a door that blocks off the room if you're there for business. However, the desk is in the room. Large amount of storage. Absolutely perfect location if you will be using the tram.

Heating system in room was set super high (27 C) and all we could do was shut it off and open the windows. We couldn't turn the temperature down to fix it. Door also needs repair. There's evidence of some repairs, but it doesn't shut and open easily.

The hotel staff was really kind and lovely. The room was super spacious for a one person. Great location for activities around of Murcia.

Sorry to say, but the breakfast was not that various than expected. Did not leave the breakfast with an empty stomach but would have liked more warm foods.

Convenient. Comfortable. Secure parking (but at a price). They ‘accept’ dogs, up to 20kg.Breakfast was comprehensive, and excellent.

The ‘dog friendly’ claim was misleading. They positively discourage dogs being left alone in the bedrooms, but dogs aren’t allowed in the bar or restaurant. You can eat outside with your dog (but have to pass through the restaurant anyway) but in February it is dark and cold (and seemingly unlit) outside. So we were ‘allowed’ to leave our dog in the bedroom, so long as it kept off the bed!One of the receptionists (when we arrived at lunchtime, and also the same person the next morning) was friendly and helpful, but the other wasn’t.The price of secure parking is exorbitant.

Very nice room with plenty of amenities. Spotless inside. Breakfast buffet was ok but with 45 minutes left before closing, some options were limited in availability. Dinner was good with plenty of food

Checkin seemed a bit complicated with both of us having to document our addresses and contact information despite being a married couple. Spoken English within the hotel and restaurant was very limited.

Nice smell to the room, bathroom was stunning. Toiletries provided, toothbrush, paste, combs... Nice little touch. The bed was huge, not sure what it would compare to but was wide enough to fit about 4 people in the bed. Small little mini fridge filled with good selection of drinks too.

    Safe was not working.

Nice hotel, huge beds and easy to reach by car or tram. Breakfast fine

Why no water cooker coffee and the in the room

Good location if you have a dog with you.Nice beds (mattress comfy)

    5ElainePosted on: 12-30-2024

    Lovely room. Clean, comfortable beds.

I came with my dog. The room had a dog bed with 2 bowls and a dog gift. That's nice, but as someone who travels with a dog, I take these things with me when I travel. The problem I had was trying to eat in the hotel. Basically, with a dog you can only eat on an outside terrace. So in Decenber, bring a thick coat. If it rains, bring an umbrella. In the summer, a fan. You also have to carry your dog through the restaurant to the terrace as that's where the door is so make sure you are fit. Oh yes, and if you are travelling solo find someone nice to go in and get you a coffee and food from the buffet as you have to stay with your dog at all times. Please. Forget the tocanistic gift pack in the room. Let dog owners have a respectful space to eat breakfast in doors not out doors, in winter, with the smokers.. Clearly someone thinks breathing in someone elses smoke in the cold is much more hygienic than eating at a table next to a dog lying on the floor.Totally unacceptable..... and don't get me started on the €20 I had to pay to eat my breakfast outside with fold coffee .... Hopefully someone will contact me about a refund! And a reason why this review has 5 stars currently...
