The staff was very polite

Having to walk across the bridge to get to any attractions and restaurants. Room is not comfortable, there is a shelf above the bed that protrudes out and does not allow you to lean back to watch TV

The a/c was not working properly.

It was clean and the location was quiet. The reception is welcoming

I had requested parking however they didn’t honour this and I was told they only had space for a motorbike which was not suitable We had to park on the street which has very limited parking. We drove round for 40 minutes trying to park ( no car parks in the area) and when we did eventually find a spot you could only park for 1 hour 30. And when this expired you had to drive to another area / street to park for another 1 hour 30. You could park from 9pm to 9 am free It was not expensive to park but so hard to find a place and then for such a short time. So if booking this hotel make sure they confirm the parking

The room and staff your super cool and the location is perfect to see all the sites. Will defo be back

No kettle for morning coffee but there's a bakery just round the corner

Location of the hotel is perfect / everything is within the walking reach.

Additional bed was just a couch that has a horrible mattress which is a kill for your back - especially if you have trouble with it. Main bed in the main room was okay, but additional one (for family room) is a no go. Also, there is no kettle in the room - and this was important for us as we were travelling with a 4-month-baby, but we were able to get hot water in the morning from the bar (it would be more convenient to have it at disposal during the day and night).

The hotel was very well located, at walking distance from the train station and the city centre. It was clean and it felt safe. The breakfast was sufficient and good quality.

There was a smell in the restaurant and the staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

The room I received was next to the elevator. To much noise.

Good location within walking distance of the city centre in a residential area with shops etc. Comfy bed.

It felt a little bit tired on the whole. Basic facilities. There was a mix-up with our parking space which was not kept for the 2nd night.

Had storage for my bicycle. Easy check in and check out.

Bathroom a little dated with the sticking plastic shower curtain.Reasonable place

Good location and handy with the car park. The room was clean and comfortable, the hall ways could do with being brighter.

DIslike:-- Air condition not turned on on Day 1 even though it was 27C outside & room v warm & stuffy.-- WiFi didn't work for 3 of the 5 days I was there.-- Hotel v noisy. Seems to be popular with school classes. Walls definitely not "sound proof". You could hear the taps, loo & shower every time the neighbouring guests went to the bathroom.

I really liked that this hotel had a late check out, it wasn't necessary to check out of the hotel until noon.The location is also good.

Close to train station, also not far from the city center. Quiet at night.plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Mostly the location. It is near to everything from bus/train station to the city centre. So many shops and pharmacies everywhere.

Location, 5 mins from all the main attractions, 5 mins from the train and bus stations. I got an early train and without notice called in the hotel to see if I could drop a small bag. The gentleman on the reception couldn’t have been more accommodating and even set me up with a map and directions. Room 3 star range but that was what I was expecting, good value, clean, good shower. They have food facilities and connection with a bar across the street that looked good but I didn’t utilise. A+

Met with my expectations

Location was excellent, 10min walk to everything.

The walls were thin could hear anything in corridors and cleaners. Breakfast selection not very good.

We didn’t take breakfast, but it smelt great. Only a few minutes walk to the bridge to cross into the city with all the tourist sights close at hand. Lovely, helpful staff.

The decor is a little bleak and the low shelf above the head of the bed is in just the wrong position for banging your head on awaking, a headboard would be better.
