We were so relieved that this hotel was able to accommodate us at the very last minute late after 8pm. Staff was very friendly and I think this is very good value for money considering how close it is to lake Como.

Breakfast was great, very quite, staff was friendly and helpful

Bed was hard and they slid two twin mattresses together to make a king so large void/crease in center

The location is just a bit far, it’s like 20 mins of swirling road to the central. But tbh for me it’s worth it considering the value of the room, the clean and spacious place and how quiet it is

Great location near some amazing walks and hikes. The staff were really helpful and let me keep my luggage behind the desk in the morning while I went for a hike up the mountain!

The WiFi was a bit intermittent but apart from that, it was great!

The staff is amazing. Dinner service was very good and fast for a great price. Room was okay for the price. You can park your motorcycle in the garage.

My stay here was terrible.. I'm not sure how it's so highly reviewed. The location, although beautiful is terribly inconvenient and far up a hill. They store motorcycles in a garage, which is nice and safe, but it's very far from the entrance. The single room I booked had the the most uncomfortable bed I've been on in a 2 week trip. Woke up with the worst back pain. The window of the room opened onto another rooms balcony, which made it very awkward to open and get fresh air when there are people sitting just outside. Whenever a toilet flushed in another room, it might as well have been in mine because it was so loud and would wake me up. This happened several times throughout the night. I know it's not really the fault of the hotel, but guests staying in a nearby room were so loud at 2am and kept me awake for an hour too. The WiFi here is very slow and almost unusable. Fair warning too, I did not have service from my phone provider either. This was very inconvenient. I would not stay here again.

Very clean and there are a lot of space.Good restaurant with tasty food and nice team. I sincerely recommend for people who like calm places in mountains.

No A/CNo refrigerator, although the kitchen agreed to keep my food in its kitchen.Make an extra soft omelette for my husband since his denture was broken.

The place is close to the lake, but the drive took us some time. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious

Friendly staff, good food, good parking, liked the remote quiet location and enjoyed the drive up the hill, great views of Lake Como on the way up.Good value.

Wi-fi didn’t work in our room, was ok in the reception/bar area though.

The hotel is in a nice location. Good price. But most of all I treasure the fact that I forgot an item and they were kind enough to mail it to me. Definitely recommend.

The staff was nice and the food was good! Overall a good stay

The staff didn't really speak any English, just a tiny little bit so it was a little hard communicating, but they tried their best to help us out. Also the hotel is located pretty high up the mountain, we initially didn't know that so you have to drive 15-20 minutes on steep and narrow roads that lead you up to the hotel. Wouldn't recommend for inexperienced drivers.

Room was clean with a nice view. The place is very quiet. I slept really well The pizza at the restaurant was yummy.Free parking.

Even if the hotel informed me, there are a lot of stairs to reach the rooms. Important information for people with reduced mobility.I'm disabled and one of the workers asked me what happened to me. I do think this question is totally personal, inappropriate and disrespectful especially in this situation where I'm a client. It was akward and made me feel uncomfortable I hope the workers will be aware about that, work on it and improve their human/professional skills

Clean room with everything you need. Nice restaurant part of the hotel with good value for money. Garage available for motorcycle.
