Hotel Bellavista

It was in the center close to ferry and bus transportation

The air conditioning was not working room 306 was just blowing regular air not cooling

Excellent location, parking is available upon reservation, excellent restaurant at hotel and breakfast variety.

It was a very nice staying in Lake Como with lake view in Hotel Bellavista. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Service staffs were professional and friendly. Hotel is close to ferry and restaurants.

The location and the lake views were spectacular. Close to the ferry and a quaint piazza with multiple cafe’s and restaurants. The staff especially the front desk were amazing

Rooms with a street view were small. Breakfast was not included

The location was very good. The view was excellent.

The shower was very small. The noise was a problem. We could hear every step from above us.

We had a lake view room with a balcony and the view was amazing!

Would have loved to be able to get coffee in the room. Instant just is not right!

TV was about a 17 in & channels did not work. We decided to eat breakfast at the hotel and we hurried out of the restaurant so the workers can prepare for a wedding that was happening later that day. They closed the restaurant the rest of the day to the rest of the hotel due to the wedding.

Location was great. View from the room incredible. The bar and dining area right on the water. We didn’t eat at the hotel but looked great. We stayed in the attic room so had a little balcony

The amazing terrace is an absolute highlight! Gorgeous view on the lake. The location is great, right near the pier, a couple of minutes. The room is spacious and bright and clean, comfy beds.The breakfast was good, especially combined with the view?

Location was decent, close to bus stop and able to walk nearby the a square with cafe, pizza and gelato.

Tiny terrace with bird poop and spiders! Pool closed at 6pm and ac in room isn’t cold

It’s in a perfect area- loved the dining area, breakfast offered and the pool area.

The gentleman that checked me in was unfriendly and told me breakfast was 15 Euro but learned after 1 day it was included. Parking was somewhat cumbersome. Great location!

Great location, great view, good room, and excellent staff.

Absolutely adored the staff! And the location was perfect right on the lake, which is what I wanted and for the price it was incredibly reasonable! Would recommend this place to absolutely anyone who wants to be treated as though they are important and have a chance to listen to the waves slap against the shore. Absolutely beautiful experience and will be returning!

There really wasn't anything I disliked. The only thing I noticed was that the bed was a little hard which is a personal preference and not a knock against the hotel.

The rooms facing the lake have an exceptional view of neighboring shores (Bellagio, Varenna, etc).

That we has decided only stayed 2 days - we did not regret that decision at all.

Overpriced an average hotel, but the entire area is already significantly overpriced. All food is overpriced and just average. A major factor was also the cloudy weather during all three days of our stay, which meant we missed the opportunity to enjoy the view of the lake and surrounding mountains – one of the main tourist reasons for visiting the Lake Como area.Please note that the first and last ferries to/from Menaggio are between 6:35 and 19:45.

wehad a wonderfull stay at the hotell.we took a lakw view room and we were above the lake which we could see from our terrace . wonderfull breakfast . good location. parking in the garage oposite the hotel

Incredible view, friendly staff, great walkable location in Menaggio.

Location was perfect. Steps from the boat to Varenna and Bellagio, etc. lovely balcony overlooking Lake Como. Large room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

Bed was a bit too hard for us.
