Hotel Garni Corona

Location

Breakfast not included. Reception was wrong about ferry schedule.

Centrally located, pristine accommodations., friendly and engaging staff.

Loved everything about the property. I could not have chosen better.

Stunning views of Lake Como and the snow-capped Alpine mountains. Peaceful atmosphere with warm and friendly staff. Convenient car park nearby and a nice restaurant downstairs, plus many other dining options close by.

Nothing significant—everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Location, staff, room and bathroom were all excellent.

Excellent location

I paid 40+€ more than my friend for same room. They booked directly with hotel

very friendly staff. location. Nice interior decor. Cleanness

It would be comfortable if the room provided also slippers. But we forgot to ask for it. Perhaps available.

Everything is great, fine location, very good staff, especially Sara was super helpful and kind. Rooms were extremely clean, neat, cozy. Location is superb

Everything was perfect

Location, Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, very clean, good size room and bathroom.

?

Nice location, nearby ferry, close to restaurants.

Staff are helpful and genuinely lovely. Excellent location and good walknscore. Very clean, pretty views.

Bed uncomfortable (too hard) and AC is noisy.

The location was perfect for Menaggio. It was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to go, including the ferry docks. Breakfast in the morning was also a great way to start the day. We also liked how there were snacks and espresso always available. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake that we enjoyed every day and it was simply perfect!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

If you’re still doubting about where to stay in Lake Como, let this review be the reason to choose this hotel exactly. We stayed in a room with a terrace overlooking the lake — the view was absolutely breathtaking, making it hard to even leave the room. The hotel is located right on the waterfront and in the heart of a lively street. The moment you step outside, you’re surrounded by numerous restaurants and charming spots to explore. We also opted for breakfast at the hotel, and it was simply perfect — a great selection, real freshly brewed coffee in the mornings, and you can request any coffee style you’re used to drinking. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. This place truly made our Lake Como experience unforgettable, and I will definitely return here again!

everything was perfect

Location

Said the front desk would close at 7 so we rushed and it was still open after dinner. Stairs to our room

Location was fantastic, perfectly adjacent to the main square with views of the lake. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable.

Nothing, it was a great stay

The views and location were stunning. Staff is super nice and very helpful!! Breakfast was lovely and a perfect way to start the day.

I loved everything!

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff was quite helpful our check in and had good advice for exploring the town.

The set of steps leading into our room were uneven. The first step was an inch or so short. Very tricky if not dangerous for older folks

The location could not have been better! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every turn, to the point that they brought in a family member to drive some of our group to the golf course when taxis weren’t available! The rooms were very nice and cozy, and all toiletries and adapters were on hand if needed.

I wish there was a common area for guests to hang out in since we had a large group of people for a wedding but nowhere to gather in between activities or to hang out when it was raining.

The room was expansive. The view was exceptional. The room mirrored the ever changing mood of the lake. The staff were professional but personable. We couldn’t wait for breakfast each morning. Everything in Menaggio was within a five minute walk. The restaurant on the ground floor was also very nice even if it is not part of the hotel.

Excellent locationSpacious roomGreat room view

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff terrific! The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was a perfect location. We would love to visit again.

I always like to have a bathtub.
