It’s was in a perfect location the staff were so nice and welcoming really felt like we were staying at someone’s home very comfortable and lovely especially for a 2 day stay !

Loved the whole thing !

Only one side of hotel has rooms with a view of Como. The other 2 either face the village or mountains. We had the view of their parking lot and mountains. Our room was clean but quite small and spartan.

Church bells serving as an alarm clock starting at 7 am. Bed was rock hard. Not near the water or center of Menaggio,one can't easily walk the distance due to dangerously narrow road with no sidewalk. Still using room keys. On site parking is 10€ per day, pool towel use is also 10€ per person

The hotel was very clean, with excellent service. Breakfast was very good with delicious coffee. Located in a nice and q

Nice view, nice pool, very nice stuff, easy to park ( free im front of the hotel, if you find place, or in the hotel parking at decent price).

The mattress is pretty hard.

Lovely family-owned hotel with a very convenient and cozy restaurant on the ground floor. The gated parking lot was such a fantastic perk, as we had a large vehicle and parking in this area would have been very stressful otherwise.

Nothing, this was exactly what we wanted. If you don’t have a vehicle, it might be a bit inconvenient to get to the ferry area in Menaggio, as it’s perched a fair distance up on the mountain above it. This wasn’t an issue for us.

Extremely clean and organised.Owners/Management very helpfull and makes you feel at home.

Slightly away from center and only transport is by public busses.

The owners were very friendly, warm and accommodating. They provided us with wonderful guidance during our stay. The dinners were delicious.

Great view across to Lake Como, from a comfortable spacious room. Good location away from the crowds, but quick and easy to get down to the lakeside towns and villas. Excellent evening meal.

Great dinner and breakfast. Jack and his family are awesome hosts. Made us feel like family.

WIFI first day a bit intermittent, but great after that.

Single bed. Felt quite impersonal and was cold at night. Location is a significant hike from Menaggio (45 mins( and bus service is very infrequent.

High quality family run and spotless. Lovely people and food. Can’t do enough for you. Good sized room with great view.

Due to its position high above Menaggio you are reliant on public transport or taxis which are not at all reliable. A car is a must.

Excellent meals and a very warm family orientated atmosphere. Always prompt service.

If we visit again we would probably hire a car to get down to menaggio as it's at least a 30 minute hike each way. We hadn't appreciated how steep the streets would be. Plenty of exercise though ?.

Nice food, friendly people.

Family owned hotel. Bespoke and personal. The owners are terrific helpful hosts. I landed in the middle of a national transport strike and the owner drove me to the bus station to get a very early bus so I could reach Milan airport.

Service was excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Parking at the hotel. Good size pool with view.

Only negative comment on the near by church - bells started to toll at 7am till 10pm every 30min.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive host family, very tasty food, well maintained property, great location with lake view.

There was a nice, welcoming owners. There was a swimming pool however we didn’t use it. I liked the breakfast and coffee was really good.

If your neighbours are noisy, it could be uncomfortable because you can hear them quite well.

Giacomo & Caterina were so lovely and looked after us incredibly well! Their son Andrea was also amazing! We loved the swimming pool and the beautiful views.The breakfast was generous and delicious with options to suit every diet. The shower was also great - 6 variations!
