Staff is friendly and flexible.

Room view was not great, no air conditioning. If you keep windows open, you get bugs inside.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Parking was easy. We only stayed for one night, but we could have stayed longer. The location was convenient, and the funicular made it easy to explore and enjoy Como.

The view was phenomenal!!! Beautiful place, in a beautiful location!! The young man who checked us in was absolutely excellent. Hat’s off to his parent ( owners) for raising such a good and polite young man! Room was nice sized, with a balcony. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the lake como area and looking for a nice quiet getaway!!

Having to leave after a short stay! Now that we have found this gem, we will return for a longer stay!

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and accepted to a few requests regarding flexibility on check-in/out times, room cleaning times. The facilities are also great, with a swimming pool and a restaurant.

Getting to the property without a car requires walking uphill for 10-15 mins from the centre of Menaggio, though the route is beautiful to walk.

My room had nice view of lake...Not a great one but it was good. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Very clean place.

It was a hike from the ferry station. There were no fans and AC didnt work....We were on second floor and kept doors open whole night and that helped.

Room was large and very clean. Hotel has a pool to relax by and also a restaurant / bar for breakfast buffet or dinner. Food was great and reasonably priced

Somebody from the staff were trying to open our door at 11:20 pm when we were sleeping, when I asked to stop opening my door the representative said that somebody told him that it was not occupied, didn’t even apologize… complete madness.

wifi just did not work / I reported but still no wifihot water in faucet in bathroom and also in shower not ok / took very long before I got some warm water and it was never hotcentral heating at night poor / last 2 nights of the 4 nights It was very cold in my room / could not get the system to workAlso very very electricity sockets in the walls to charge a phone / I found one in the bathroom only!And yes, later I found out I could unplug the TV cable for phone charger but then the TV did not work

Great hotel and facilities, lovely staff and huge selection at breakfast! Location is up a hill, with views out over the town. Room was huge, plenty of storage and a lovely balcony.

Bathroom was a little outdated, shower handle was pointy and scratched us a couple of times. We were only given decaf coffee in the room which seemed a bit odd haha.

A bit far from Menaggio center, definitely need a car to go there. In the room there were two separate sigle beds one next to another and they were not particularly comfortable. You can add breakfast with 15€ per person but it wasn’t that good.

Quiet environment in a residential area, still close to the centre. Available (paid) parking. Spacious, room, good bed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
