Elegant hotel in a perfect location, gracious and welcoming staff. We would definitely return

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the ferry, the bus station and The rooms were immaculate, we were in the new building at the rear of the resort so had a partial view of the lake .The breakfast buffet that was included was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Lake Como region.

The only suggestion that I feel could be improved was the knowledge of the conceirge staff. Typically I would expect them to know what time the ferry terminal opens, the menus of local restaurants, what nights the restaurants were open, different travel options to Como etc.The every staff member that I had the pleasure of interacting with extremely accomodating and pleasant to a fault.

The facilities were beautifully updated and the newer areas were fabulous. We loved the spa, pool and the beach club has amazing views!

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

A lovely place for such a lovely location. Everything was spectacular, especially the view, accommodations and staff. We look forward to returning to Lake Como and staying at this hotel again.

We should have stayed longer

Service was impeccable! Every staff person at the hotel was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and truly cared about our experience. They upgraded our room so that we could be near to our sons. We made reservations for a boat ride and changed plans about 10 times and they were so patient with us. Again, because they wanted to make sure we had a good time. The food was amazing, the breakfast was the best spread we’ve ever had. The spa was just insane. So nice and upscale, but it was not pretentious. Overall it was the best hotel we’ve experienced and we are definitely going back.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible staff, who were not only professional and attentive but genuinely kind and eager to ensure our comfort. From check-in to check-out, we felt cared for in a way that was both personal and seamless. Lorena, the division manager, went above and beyond—personally attending to our every need with such grace and sincerity. She checked in on us daily, made thoughtful recommendations, and truly made us feel like VIP guests. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality were highlights of our entire trip.

There was nothing that we did not enjoy. Our entire experience was wonderful.

Everything about Grand Hotel Victoria was excellent. The customer service was excellent. The hotel is amazing, and the spa was out of this world. We have been a lot of places and GHV is now our favorite.

Hotel room was very well furnished/decorated, the hotel and rooms are all very modern in style (while many luxury hotels in Como are not), and the staff were incredibly helpful. The spa was also a real highlight - incredible!

The hotel is very modern. It is very clean and well laid out. The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic!!The staff were absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for us whilst we were staying. The views of the lake were breathtaking.

The breakfast was amazing, rooms were equally as good. The whole hotel was great!

We felt like the staff was on us all the time, it was a little overbearing. The shower’s didn’t drain properly.The are just a couple of things we experienced, but in know way do I want the hotel to think that are stay was average. Far from it, the hotel and staff was amazing.

Very expensive

Facilities were top notch. I recommend this place for anybody who wants personal and overwhelming service.

It was early spring and rainy so the environment by the lake was not at its best. Have to go again by some other time of year.

What can I say - this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Every detail was attended to. Just fabulous.

Lighting and window shade controls in the room were highly automated, which is very efficient, but it was a little hard to figure out. By the time we mastered it, it was time to go. This is a very minor point - The hotel was amazing!
