EVERYTHING! Staff were so gracious. My room was spectacular. The food was excellent. It is easily walkable to town and train. I want to return soon.

Customer service/friendly staff, location and views

Great staff, lots of breakfast choices. King Suite was right on water and beautiful! Every staff person was lovely. Alessandra makes a killer negroni. We enjoyed the hot tub right on the lake and also had a great dinner there. They have kayaks and a paddleboat to rent. So easy to get around since the ferry station was close. Highly recommend.

Loved this location and can’t wait to go back. Walking distance to the ferry terminal and downtown. Small but quaint. The staff at Hotel Meridiana were exceptional. Would highly recommend. Also the restaurant on site was delicious

We booked the hotel because it had parking, was on Lake Como (we came through for one night), and included breakfast. The hotel was closing for the season a few days after our stay, so the restaurant was not open. The staff (Alice) wrote down restaurants that were open for supper and the opening times. She also offered us a choice between a smaller room with a lake view and the larger room we had booked. The rooms were updated and very clean and modern. From the breakfast area and the restaurant (if open) there is a view of the lake. The walk into town takes just a few minutes and is on a sidewalk the whole time, walking beside the lake. There is a ferry terminal soon after arriving to the town.

Nothing. It was wonderful and we would stay again.

A beautiful hotel. Incredible views to the lake from the room , a nice private beach and excellent attention from the staff. Delicious breakfast and delicious restaurant. Steffano was a very good host.

It’s a hard walking distance from the train station with luggage and in the town they don’t have uber or taxi or buses. Only if you reserve it with time but if you lost the taxi you reserve you can’t take one on the street. The bed was very uncomfortable for couples because it was not a big bed it was two twin beds together.

The house is perfectly located between the castle and the shoreline, making it an ideal spot. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the four of us to share. We especially loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. Ismail and his mom showed us such warm hospitality and even waited until after midnight to welcome us for check-in.

Quiet town if that’s Wed hat you like, as a solo traveler, not for me.

Contaminated / infested with BED BUGS , showed management bites, said it was not from bed bugs and his rooms are clean. Asked for a new room and refused. Requested all linens be changed. The bites keto appearing. Showed a doctor! Definitely bed bugs.

The property is at an amazing location with the most gorgeous views of the lake including from the rooms. You can literally walk out of your room to a small private beach area and swim in the lake. The staff at the hotel was most courteous and helpful with all the requests. Loved the in house restaurant and the very friendly staff, with a good breakfast spread. Absolutely recommend this quaint property away from the crowded touristy areas for a serene vacation.

The concierge was amazing gave us all the best recommendations! The staff was soo friendly and the food at the restaurant both breakfast and dinner was impeccable!! We would definitely come again.

The location of this property right on Lake Como puts it in a category of its own. Our room had a big door that opened to a balcony on the lake so we could hear the water lapping at the rocky beach right below. The dining room where breakfast (complimentary) and dinner (with reservations) are served also looks out on the water. The food for both meals was really excellent. But what makes this hotel very special is the staff, all of whom are kind and attentive. It was a wonderful experience!

It is a beautiful old villa with exquisite interior design and breathtaking views of the lake. It has a private beach and a jacuzzi out ih the open. The food was great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was anazing, very welcoming, warm and professional. We received a very personal treatment, information and care were at our disposal 24/7. Truly wonderful staff! If we ever return to Como this will definitely be our choice for a stay.

Our rooms were located on separate floors so it was a bit uncomfortable passing from one floor to the other, but we were a large group so it can be expected

The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony directly over the water....beautiful. The breakfast was good and plentiful . The staff, reception, waiters , were really nice and very helpful. We had everything we wanted and needed.Bonus was the private beach and the use of the kayak. Location was terrific also.

Beautiful room with balcony facing Como. We could sit at their private “beach” area and swim out. The hot tub was perfect in the evening! It was very close and walkable to the train station and the ferry dock. Their in house restaurant was great as well!

Staff was truly wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcomed. The location was PERFECT. Far enough and secluded from traffic and heavy foot traffic but only 5 min walk to the main little town. We enjoyed the jacuzzi right over the lake every night. It was the perfect night cap. We would definitely return.

- The room was very small and somewhat dated, which detracted from the comfort.- Parking was not only paid but also extremely limited.- While the overall experience was pleasant, the value for money could be improved. The room rate felt slightly high for what was offered.

The location of this hotel is directly on the lake which creates a stunning view and perfect setting. The staff made this an exceptional hotel that exceeds most accommodation by far. It is evident that the staff enjoy working together and create an environment for guests to make their stay the best it could be. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great at Hotel Meridiana. Perfect location for romantic getaway on Lake Como in the beautiful town of Bellano.
