Private location, close to the train station, excellent restaurant and attention to guests. Barbara was excellent help and very welcoming.

There is absolutely adorable restaurant at the first floor of the facility!!!!!!!! Highly recommend absolutely everything in the menu - we ate there two times - literally every evening of our stay! Breakfast is really simple but you can ask for an egg and prosciutto - with a good coffee and a warm bread you don’t need more. The room is big and also nice

The view from the room is to a wall. But with lake Como and Alps just a minute walk away, it's nonsense.

Everything! Staff were all lovely. The bedroom was very clean, attractive and comfortable, and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious. Only 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Would highly recommend.

Location and staff were helpful and pleasant.

To find out post booking we maybe disturbed due to proximity to reception desk. We found that our sleep was ruined due to an plastic sheet on the mattress turning the bed into a sweatbox.

It is very close to the train station, and it was easy to get there.

I find it overpriced for what they offer. The place is located in the yards/parking zone. The views from the window is to the other wall or to the yard.There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, because it was not properly ventilated. Overall the look of the room was a bit used.

- no lift- we were charged us a city tax which was not specified in the booking conditions- too early check-in, until 8pm, although the restaurant was open until much later- early check-out (10am)- we received a message 3 days before arrival with an obsolete information, the need to use face masks in common spaces- overall, too high price

A small and cozy hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts and dishes in the restaurant. I sincerely recommend.

sensitively renovated building, simply but well-furnished rooms, our room was also perfectly quit, comfortable beds. breakfast is not only sweet, you can choose from different types of eggs, toast, cold cuts. we could leave the bikes in the garden house in the courtyard of the restaurant and they were safe there

we would improve some processes in serving breakfast and dinner was also not worth 10 points, but the accommodation was great

The location was convenient to the train station. The room was very nice and clean.

Since our room was in the lobby, it was loud, but the staff warned us of that beforehand we arrived.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of character and we had such a lovely time. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, stylish and light with a view over the garden. The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating to our needs. The food is incredible, both the evening meal and breakfast, which is a cold buffet with hot food cooked to order included in the price. We were given such a warm welcome and a packet of biscuits as a souvenir! Colico itself is such a little known and beautiful place with walks nearby and views of both the lake and snow capped mountains. Thank you so much. We would love to come again!
