Hotel Villa Colico

A spacious, well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Good wifi service. Nice ambiance in the heart of town with lots of amenities nearby.

The hotel is tucked a little bit off the main road through Colico, but the traffic noise is still very noticeable. Better room-darkening blinds or curtains would be helpful, as the lights just outside are on all night.

Great location across from the train station and close to everything else. Pretty main floor rooms. Friendly and very attentive staff, lovely breakfast.

Some things seemed a little old, view of a wall out our window, but these are small things.

Their service out of serving says everything! We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the awesome breakfast and the elegant details of the decorations. Most important thing is all of them can be felt warm, cozy, and respectful

The staff were welcoming. The balcony was large, more like a courtyard. The bedroom was big, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. The location suited us for an overnight stop. The breakfast was varied and lovely - good coffee.

The fridge in our room didn’t work, there wasn’t any milk/cream for the coffee in our room.

Owner is not so easy and too stingy.Elevator was broken on our day, good luck that only 1 floor to climb up the stairs.Breakfast is variety, but all cold ones and no egg.

Room was cold when we arrived, took ages to warm up.

The hotel was in a great location and the hosts were very friendly. We valued the kettle and drinks available in the room and the parking despite a central town location.

Room was Very cold or very hot, no between. Bed was not too comfy, bathroom was dated. Overall it was ok but not great.

The hotel's location is just 3 mins from the train station and all shops and port is very nearby as well. The personal was very friendly, the room equipped by older furniture but everything was super clean every day, the breakfast simple & delicious.

We visited this hotel 20 years ago, and was not disappointed on our recent return,staff were very friendly and helpful, benefits from free onsight parking,and would definitely be back again.
