Staff at reception were not very helpful. We had to go and get more toilet paper ourselves. None was provided in our room on the second night.

The most uncomfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever laid on. Paper thin.

The spa only opens at 1600 and none of the facilities got warm. The sauna never reached 40deg, the steam room was disappointing and the solarium was uncomfortably cold. We chose this hotel because of the spa and it really failed to deliver in this aspect.

The location on the lakefront in Colico is just fabulous. Easy access to cafes, shops, restaurants and ferry services in Lake Como. Clean and comfortable modern rooms in a resort setting with beautiful pools and gardens. Quiet and relaxing place to recharge and enjoy nature while also being close enough to all Lake Como has to offer.

The breakfast was superb with great amenities. It is centrally located near the beaches and restaurants.

The place is really beautiful with a lot of activities far from busy como yet accessible by ferry to the entire lake. Very relaxing

We found yellow marks on the bedsheets which is not good not cleaned enough. It mentions its adult o ly yet kids from neighbourhood can come during the day which is ok except they were so damn noisy we could not enjoy the pool calmly

Very friendly and helpful front desk, super delicious breakfast buffet with wonderful selection of hot and cold foods, clean rooms with comfortable beds, nice pool area and proximity to lake.

This is more of a suggestion: the driver the hotel arranged who was supposed to pick us up 4:30 am in the morning to take us to the airport 1.5 hours away never showed up, and the poor gentleman working the front desk frantically tried to find us another ride. At 6:00 am, he finally found another driver who had to rush to get us in his own small car that had to fit our large suitcases. The driver got us to the airport 1/2 hour before the gate closed and we nearly missed our flight. Very harrowing experience, but kudos to the driver, Alberto, he tried to calm us and got us there safe and sound. Suggestion: the hotel should confirm the ride the night before to help ensure the driver will show up and have a back-up driver readily available as well.

The room was clear, breakfast was good.

Water in the room was over 2.5 euros. I now have a good understanding of price/value over the years i have vacationed in Europe, I honestly did not understand why this hotel was charging this much. Another thing is, our room turned out to have a door inside that could turn into a joint room, and we didnt like the idea of having a door in the room to the next room and when I told this to the reception they told me they have only one room left and because it has lake view I would need to pay 60 Euros more. What should have been done in a nice hotel is for them to just switch our room.

The quality of the materials used in the bathroom feels a little cheap. Mostly squeaky plastic and fake chrome. Does not give a luxury/4* feeling - but it works :)

It’s was good located nearby the train station, staff were super nice, it was clean and organising.

I’m happy that I chose this hotel for my stay, but there was a problem with the communication through booking chat with property, I have received many spam messages leading to a payment page that wasn’t related to booking but with booking interface, for once I felt uncomfortable and nervous.The messages were contained scam links and they were treating to cancel my reservation if we don’t pay. After the chat with booking team they made me sure that it won’t be any issues,and I ignored messages.

Close to the lake.

I got scammed via their chat via the booking.com app for almost 400€! The hotel refuses to take any responsibility which is baffling to me and i received responses from the same chat i had been speaking to them through (via booking.com app, messages section). When i arrived, the manager had written a letter which i can post the picture after basically saying nothing they can do. To me it seems that it was someone who had access to the chat in the hotel. Cause this past week I’ve booked hotels in a couple of locations in Spain, France and Italy and had no issues but with this hotel. The manager’s letter was a waste of paper for the environment and just shows their lack of appreciation and respect for the customer. On this basis, i would not recommend.

Beautiful elegant grounds, modern decor, large comfortable beds, great views, spacious and chilled out, delicious breakfast, especially the cakes. Fantastic staff, especially on reception. Very accessible by train from Milan.

Very cold unheated pool. It looked so inviting but too cold in early October to enjoy. Only beach bar available for evening drinks which lacked comfort and atmosphere.
