Nice room, nice view, nice restaurant, super friendly staff.

a little far from the airport if you're only looking for a stay over between flights. Very Nice hotel.

Very clean, excellent staff, great location.

No A/C! At this level of hotel even in Europe is confounding. Also, please make it clear on your web page that the property does not have conditioned space. Another thing that would help is some specific arrival instructions on where to pull in and park.

Very close to train station....close walk to a swim beach and restaurants. Great location. Very friendly staff.

No air conditioning and the fan in the room was too loud and ineffective.

Sarah makes me feel welcome every time I stayed, she is smart, quick, kind and thoughtful, thank you so much for having such employees, and a big thank you to the ones we almost never see: the cleaning team.

On Booking.com it says there us a gym at the hotel. This is not correct. Its possible to buy a ticket for 15 chf to an external gym. Somewhat dissapointed since I thought gym was available at the hotel.The room has no refrigator nor coffe or water kettle. I think these should be mandatory for that price!

The location and view

While the location was convenient, I found the amenities lacking such as the coffee machine and toiletries. The furniture was worn showing signs of wear and tear and the bedding was very uncomfortable and bedsheets were not clean. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it definitely needs some upgrades to improve the guest experience.

Clean and simple

Location and somewhat rude staff. I asked for an umbrella and was told to submit 59 Francs as deposit first. I find it strange that if I can pay 600 euros or so for the hotel, why does the hotel does not trust me with an umbrella!

Breakfast was great, location was great . Train station was one block away and bakery store and grocery store, and restaurants near . Food was great..

Great location near train, Great Lake view. Outstanding breakfast. Good value. Supermarket right down below.

Not much dining/entertainment nearby.

This hotel is very clean, with an amazing view of Lake Geneva and close to the train station. It’s a great place for a few days of rest.

I will recommend staying at Lake Geneva Hotel. We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The lake view from the room was so beautiful. The room is spacious and so clean. The staff very friendly & supportive. The hotel environment is so beautiful. Very easy access to the train.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Geneva, and it really exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the girls on reception were absolutely wonderful – attentive, organised, and incredibly friendly. They made check-in seamless and were always ready to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.A special mention to Alex who served us drinks at the bar. He was extremely helpful, professional and friendly and clearly passionate. He took the time to chat to us and provided some recommendations for places to visit on the rest of our road trip. Our room was perfect – very clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The view of the lake was fantastic. This hotel is located a short drive from Geneva city centre but to be quite honest I recommend this instead of staying in central Geneva as the view of the lake I would say is better than any view you would get in the city centre. A short walk away was some additional bars and restaurants too. Located under the hotel is a supermarket which if we were staying for longer would be a huge added bonus. Parking was perfect, underground, extremely safe and easily accessed from the hotel via the lift which meant we didn’t actually have to go outside to get to the car. Breakfast was good with again a gorgeous view of the lake. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking to visit Geneva.

The parking because it’s not mentioned clearly that the parking not included and also you need adapter to charge your phone and when I asked the receptionist they take from me 50 € deposit for adapter??

Location and staff.

No ventilation and no AC. The reason given to me about the AC is “it eco friendly hotel”. Meaning people are not important and what is more important is the eco system.

Secure storage for bicycles, terrace with lake view, supermarket next door, beach/swimming area just over the road, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Best feature is the terrace - we enjoyed eating outdoors (breakfast and evening meal).

No air-con (or not working) so room was too hot. The hotel is right next to the train station and directly on the flight path so very noisy if the window is open.

Location to Airport

Fine.. rude that a bartender essentially refused to get me a beer while he was filling orders for a private (looked like corporate) dinner party event in the restaurant. I don’t care if he maybe thought I came in off the patio. I was a hotel guest and he told me to wait twice then proceeded to not grab me a single draft beer. He kept filling the table orders. Totally rude guy….
