Couldn't stay longer!

First, the employees are outstanding - they truly give the guest experience a 10 plus rating. The hotel is close to the airport, on the lake and easy access to the city center. We were there in early fall so the outdoor areas including the pool and outdoor seating were closed, however you can walk around the property and enjoy being outdoors. We dined at both restauraunts, and found the food and wine to be delicious. The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, had a great variety and was perfect. There were plenty of areas to sit and work if you wished to, and their lounge areas were beautiful and comfortable. They offer a spa experience that is world class. Be sure to fully understand what is offered upon check in so you don't miss out on what they have to offer! We were not traveling with young children, however they cater to the littles and allow the family to all enjoy themselves.

Not a negative, rather a suggestion for a higher level of enjoyment. I shared with the hotel, we would have appreciated a more complete understanding on the facility and services offered so we were better prepared for our stay, and were able to fully enjoy all they offer. A walking introduction to all the areas upon arrival would be a plus for the overall experience.

The Pool

Rooms outdated, furniture outdated. Its not classical its just old, same couches and chairs as 15 years ago. No air conditioning, Breakfast staff extremely rude and very slow. Always been a fan of La Reserve, but I wont come back to this one.

Le Loti restaurant is very highly priced for the food served. Unusual for a high-end restaurant not to come with a garnish or salad and/ or vegetables. Instead the meat/fish dishes had no accompaniments served on the plate, which with only one side included meant the plate could be boring and not cohesive as an overall dish.

the rooms are a little small

Average room quality. Definitely overpriced. The vibe of the place did not feel family friendly, it was more like what questionable activities were going on in other rooms.

Excellent breakfast on the terrace with lots of healthy options ,Spa was absolutely the best with immaculate indoor pool and state of art Technogym equipment Beautiful outdoor pool newly timed Free boat to downtown Geneva

Dinner was slow

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

It was all perfect.

In the middle of nature but also a 5 minute cab ride to the main city

Not good value for money unfortunately. The hotel & room was dated. The room was very small and there was a very strong vis-a-vis. Once you open the window you could see the people in the building opposite, felt like they were right in front of us, I would say we had 0% privacy, we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time which made our room so dark.The guys at valet were excellent and made the stay feel special. The girl at reception was not up to my expectations, she gave 0 information about the hotel and we were forced to ask loads of questions, maybe she was new? I told her were staying because it was my birthday, I had really hoped she would have taken note of that and would’ve made an effort and left something special in the room like a complimentary glass of champagne or a flower or anything. It doesn’t take a lot to show a bit of effort that can go a long way. And honestly for the amount of money we paid to stay there, I really expected exceptional service. Especially in a country where the hotellerie universities are amongst the top in the world.What a disappointment.

I was lucky enough to stay at many renowned hotels, but this one stands out as the finest by far. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority.I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed.Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Property is beautiful, ovelooking the lake, nice garden and terrace and amazing chinese restaurant!

Due to the Watches and wonders exhibition prices were very high and the personnel did not meet the standards. Many times we had to wait at least half an hour for someone to come and take an order, i asked for something 2-3 times in order for a waiter to bring it.

I had a great stay at La Réserve Geneva, where I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience.A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience.Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Top location, top service, top restaurant

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived but it took only 30’ to solve and I also received an upgrade

The swimming pool is very nice, but too noisy :-/ I wouldn’t allow jumps in the water to start with…:)

Hotel Rooms are beautiful, quiet, and clean

The AC was not working in the room. Maintenance team came to check it late at night, yet were not able to solve the issue. We had to spend the whole night with no AC, despite staying in a 5 star hotel in Geneva. Staff needs to be better trained to ensure that the guests are comfortable with the services and not just the facilities of the hotel.
