Busy street small beds pool Closed @ 7 pm . Would not visit again

Beautiful views from upper balcony and our room. Very accommodating and friendly host. Busy street-but very peaceful sleep with soundproof windows. Easy check in.

Great location and clean comfortable room. The spa was also excellent.

Perfect Hotel for a quick stop on the way to Ticino. I really preferred the room to the riverside as it was quiet and had a good view.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is great value for money. The breakfast was very very good with loads.of variety and high quality of ingredients.

On booking.com it is not clear that use of the spa is not included in the room price. It is a private spa that was already fully booked when we arrived. So our evening plans went out the window. We could have done the spa in the morning from 10 till 12 but the price of visiting this private would cost us 45 euro per person for 2 hours. We felt this was a bit pricy; we paid 90 for the room itself.All the information about it being a small private spa for which you have to pay additional fees on your room rate is clear on the website. Not so on booking.com.

Vegan breakfast was OK

The spa and sauna were not included in the price for the room. On booking, the description is misleading as it does no highlight "additional cost charges" for all spa related items.Without this, the price was way too high.

Cozy rooms and perfect location, close to Chiavenna and the pass.

Nice location and great views. Had a good stay here. Breakfast was good.

Room rather basic but solid. Shower didn't have a curtain or anything similar. It would be better to state clearly in the description that using the spa area amounts to an extra 35€ and has to be reserved before.

Beautiful location, pool overseeing mountains and you get access to the little mountain river too!Great facilities, especially recommend eating at the in-house restaurant, fantastic staff and menu.

Bathroom could feel more private, we could hear each other brushing our teeth from the room

The pool is a welcome addition and the outside area is lovely.

The breakfast is pretty poor - you have to get there right at the beginning or it runs out!Our room also smelled pretty bad. Using the shower caused water to get absolutley everywhere. It was also very hot in the warm and there was no AC or fan option.

the rooms were a bit dated and the hallway lights were off until you walked through which made the place feel a bit dark. Thats the only negatives that the rooms were a bit small and dated and the lights in the hall weren't on

Well located and quiet

I realise times are hard but there appeared to be a lack of staff and shortcomings on maintenance. The room was very dark with one bedside lamp broken and the wall light only having one lamp working, not two. The hand basin was very slow to drain and only one small light in the bathroom.

The outdoor pool, location with great view, and breakfast

The rooms need renovation.Staff doesn’t speak good English and a bit messy but they are friendly.
