The welcome was great and the check in/check out process was simple. We loved the serenity of the place combined with the easy walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly, quiet and helpful. All the little quirky touches, the art, the pool and the gardens, how eco-friendly it is. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed. We loved walking in the gardens. Check in

We were greeted with a smile and met at the door as we arrived. Clear instructions and directions for using hotel security and facilities.

The doors to the rooms were close to each other and banging doors and guests talking to each other in the hallway did disturb us. Sound proofing or doors not slamming would resolve this.

Very nice quiet hotel in the middle of town. Great room with a large balcony facing the pool. Great outdoor space. Nice staff.

Hotel Boutique Hort de Nal detailed description for the property is spot upon on! We stayed in the one-bedroom bungalow which was private and lovely. We traveled mid Dec and the low season staff team were Nicolás & Marta. They were excellent! Thank you for taking such care of us! We recommend Hotel Boutique Hort de Nal and are looking forward to going back in the future.

This is not a negative to the property, just an FYI. If there is an event going on at the nearby expect to hear it. But once it’s over it is really quiet.

It's a very nice hotel in a very good location. It's small but quiet and the staff are very helpful and helpful and efficient. As it's a small boutique hotel there are a few things that were different, overall a very nice stay

What a paradise! Super room, clean, big, stylish. Nice swimmingpool and garden. The staff is very friendly. And the location is also great. Very close to town and to bus- and trainstation. Elche is a very beautiful town.

The price is very high, and there was a big difference between price on booking.com and the hotel’s website, which is strange…

This is a hidden jam. Just book it if you are going to Elche. Great service, lovely rooms and facilities, good food and convenient for the old town.

This hotel is amazing. We were blown away when we first arrived. The architecture, the interior design, the feel of the place, the friendly welcome and helpfulness of the staff was all just great. The hotel only has 8 rooms and given the size of it and of the gardens it quite often felt like we were the only people there, it felt like we were in a house rather than a hotel, which having spoken to Pilar is the ethos of the place.It felt like we were in a house in a 1970’s James Bond movie. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre but feels like an Oasis. The pool is lovely, both during the day and night. Embrace the beauty and quirkiness of this amazing hotel and enjoy your stay, we did!

What a lovely hotel. Pilar and Marta are very professional and we felt truly welcomed and looked after. José Luis is the chef in the evening and he served up two fabulous meals to us with a friendly smile. Another Pilar looks after the room cleaning and she does a great job. All staff helped us with local recommendations and local tips. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the pool is great, the breakfast is good and plentiful. It takes just a few minutes to stroll into the centre of Elche which is a very interesting city. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes etc. within a few minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in the Hort De Nal, and would highly recommend this hotel. A sincere thanks from us to all of the wonderful people who make it so special.

Im personally not a fan of the art deco style of the hotel. Its odd. My friend loved it … just different tastes I guess.

The Fiesta next door pumping out Dance music until 5am.It was a nightmare.It disturbed our sleep.

The location is great! Surrounded by soooo many palm trees, you feel beamed away to another world! Very close to the town-center. The swimming-pool area is beautiful! And our super size balcony with view to the pool and the palm trees was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the lovely summer evenings. They have great, fluffy towels too!

The bath room facilities are old in a rather bad state. Sparkling royal blue bath-tub and lavatory - they seem to come out a of a cheap soap opera..... Quite adventurous and challenging to get the mix between hot and cold water right due to faucets/taps very hard to 'tune'.Breakfast to be ordered day after day (a la carte). We took the breakfast once. Everything comes counted. If you dare ordering two different types of bread you are being asked wether this is a mistake or not..... We preferred walking to town and getting some breakfast there, after having had the above mentioned experience. We didn't order any dinner as it was more convenient for us to eat wherever we happened to visit that day. Attention: mid August they have a recurring FIESTA down town in Elche - very noisy/laud music way after midnight. If you love going to fiesta - perfect! But if you want to have a good night's rest after a long day of sigthseeing and heat, you don't really savor the 'happening'

The service is exquisite and very personalised. The staff is very polite, attentive and always smiling. They made me feel at home. Jose, Cristina, thank you very much for taking care of us so well and with so much affection!

Lovely welcome at reception, fantastic property with beautiful garden surroundings. Great pool area and swimming pool to relax. Very close to town centre and palm park. Fabulous room with great bathroom and superb large balcony. Highly recommended.

Unique architecture set in beautifully maintained and peaceful gardens. The building, originally a shoe manufacturer’s home set in a former orchard, retains the atmosphere of a luxurious home. The bedrooms are supremely comfortable all with balconies overlooking the pool. The staff are friendly and discreet.

This hotel it’s absolutely extraordinary, a real treasure, all it’s very special; decoration, location & the staff. The cook ??‍?! Do not miss it out!

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to city centre and bars and restaurants. Loved the pool area and gardens were beautiful. Comfy bed and quirky bathroom. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel so it feels really homely . Would definitely come back !

Chef Jose was spectacular. The pool was scenic and refreshing. Easy on-site parking. The room was large, and every amenity was right next to the rooms.

The shower pressure was lacking. No 24hr reception, but staff was on top of requests via WhatsApp. Only 1 outlet next to the bedsides.
