Port Elche

The price was enticing- the room was very modern and spacious. Very clean. The bed was made perfectly. The hairdryer appliance had a built in USA converter plug which was a big bonus.

There's not much to do around the hotel and also does not have airport shuttle. It's close to airport which makes the location good but it would be nice if there were more to do around the hotel.

Amazing stopover on my way to Murcia from Alicante airport. Stayed here twice both coming in and out. Especially like the garage.

Underground garage is a bit narrow/better off park outside

Breakfast was good, sauna was good, room was good, staff very nice, food in the restaurant ok, surroundings nice an rather clean, also good spots to take the dog out. The room was warm also in winter temperatures.

Maybe a bit bigger room and a sofa would be nice. Not really much to complain. Well yes, the Iberdrola EV charger outside worked only every second day, but that is not a direct fault of the hotel.

Stuff was friendly, dogs are welcomed and breakfast was great!

The location was good in the industrial area with convenient parking.Staff was nice as always.

The air-conditioning did not work properly, it didn't cool well and left the room humid.

The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast selection and quality. The room was a good size and the staff were helpful. Also, we could catch the bus to the airport from a bus stop very close to the hotel.

Nothing!

The staff were very helpful, they even allowed us to check in early, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered within 10 minutes.Excellent bus service to airport or into elche Old Town.Rooms were spacious and clean Indoor or outdoor parking

The beds weren't very comfortable.

booked based on booking.com (good) reviews , unfortunately disappointing - checked out in less than 10 mins due to bad s

It was cool that it is close to the airport as we have arrived quite late. Also, there is a garage which is convenient. Our room was ok, but not as good as expected.

Excellent hotel with good facilities and delicious buffet breakfast. The lunch menu was also great and the staff are very kindly. Although located in the industry park, it is easy to drive a car to Alicante and the surrounding area.

Perfect location for the airport. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great restaurant and superb breakfast. Good value for money.

Me and my mom have stayed 3 times! It’s close to the airport, nice breakfast, nice staff (one carried my bags up the stairs so I could take the kids upstairs), wheelchair accessible room.

Good breakfast, nice staff, wheelchair accessible room. My mom and I have stayed 3 times!

Location - proximity to airport FacilitiesBreakfastStaff

Close to airport for early flight. Very nice staff very clean hotel.

Everything

This last visit we were on the ground floor which meant we had to carry our bags up stairs to our room. We return on Monday evening and asked for a room on the second floor which we can get to by lift.

Despite the fact that I explain my situation before my reservation, the hotel charged me full and also additional money for 2 extra hours, because I arrived to the hotel around 9am and check out around2 ,15…pm instead of 12 ,so I didnt sleep there.Beds were not used. They charged me up to a minutes….maybe more. The hotel was not full.Lack of underestanding what so ever.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. We arrived late, and they made their level best to keep the kitchen open and prepared something for our kid's. Much appreciated.

There was some external noise that woke me up a couple of times. ( I dont think the hotel is responsible for this)

Room was great as they put us in a disabled room which was good for my wife as she had a hip operation recently and was still recovering from it.

Airconditioning didn`t work in the room so it was a bit warm and stuffy for sleeping
