Staff/Central location/comfort

Three nights out of nine, there were people congregating. Very noisy, late at night/early morning. They were a few doors away, on the same side as the Hotel???

The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful staff.

No the hotel was perfect for our stay.

The staff was great and friendly. Both and the front desk and the breakfast. Special mention to Diana.

I liked everything. If I would have to make a suggestion is that the beds should be changed for larger single beds instead of the two twins.

Aircon was not working. I wanted to warm up the room because it was chilly. Apps on the not working. Couldn't mirror my phone or cast anything

It was city center and roomy and the hotel was nice and clean .

Next to pedestrian zone restaurants and bars. Nuria was very helpful staff member. Nice room, very reasonable room rate.

The Hotel is right in the middle of the town. It is modern, clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is available for 15 euro per day and thats important if you have your own car, as parking in the city center can be a challenge.

I wish the room was larger. For 2 people with suitcases, space is an issue. However to be honest we didn't stay much time in the room.

Location was great, staff super friendly and helpful - especially Andrea and Diana. Bed so comfortable and very clean.

No beer glasses - sounds a bit picky but hubby likes a beer!! Desserts on half board meal were a bit underwhelming, kiwi and banana without anything else like cream/ice cream etc

The hotel is very central, 2min walk from all cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, and a 10min walk from the bus & train stations. I was there during the blackout and the hotel did their best to accommodate us, serving salads and sandwiches, offering drinks, and we even had some electricity and internet connection for most hours!

I am disabled. The hotel tried to put me off booking with spurious excuses, like saying my mobility scooter would not fit through doors. They continued with this even after I provided measurements of my scooter. I ignored this and found no difficulty. Most surprised with this from Melia.

Pillows not comfortable and you can hear the noise in the hotel.

A lift jumped a bit as it stopped…

Modern clean and well designed. Breakfast area was comfortable. Room was as requested. Great spacious corner room with well appointed amenities fittings and finishes. They have a parking garage under the hotel.

Room was like a hot house. AC either not working or not switched on centrally....very uncomfortable but too late to complain or switch rooms

Exellent, helpful and warm service in the reseption. Thank you for providing morning coffee for busy travellers Eva. Your hospitality made our day. Breakfast was delicious.Also another parking area tip was so good, only 5 min walk from the spacious parking hall.
