B&B Hotel Elche

Modern facilities, cleanliness and welcoming staff.

Just a very little confusion on the extra services.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was large and the bedding was luxurious. The room was spacious and light. Great shower. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work to cool the room down. We didn't speak to the staff about it, but opened the window instead.

Staff is so kind. Good service. Breakfast is good. Clean and comfortable ? ? ✨️ ?

Location. For leisure is far of downtown and local public transportation (buses) takes time. You can solve it using Uber. For work would be amazing since it is close to the industrial zone.

Very cleanGood breakfastFriendly staff

A bit far from town centre

Staff helpful, size of room fairly spacious, bed very comfortable, underground secure parking, pet allowed in breakfast area. Great choice of breakfast. Have stayed here several times, would not hesitate to recommend.

Heating in bedroom was a little difficult to control, did not appear to respond when we turned it down, Extra chair in bedroom would be advantageous.

Nice staff, underground parking for 8euro, WiFi, fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast.

Room on first floor was super inconvenient due to bright light from outside. Card that turns on lights in room was not working initially. It was hot in room and air conditioner was not working for cooling. Gas station right in front of windows.

Price, cleanness,

Location

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Was pleasantly surprised with small present for my pet which made my day)

The staff moved our neighbours when we complained about their noise.

They shouldn't have placed the newbies next to us. It was late and they must have been drunk. That was a mistake on their part.

The customer service, the breakfast, and the cleaning staff.

The bed was squeaky, the neighbors were loud, ( No quiet time) and there was trash all around the exterior. Not at the B & B adjacent to it.

Property lovely for what we wanted just a little bit too far from centre, but bus stop was just across the road.

Too far from town

Location good great bathroom.

No kettle or tea / coffee in the room.Empty fridge.

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Free coffee all day. Very good night's sleep.

Clean ,staff very helpful, lovely breakfast, pet friendly. Secure parking. Good value for money

Can not think of anything I would change.

Great place for a night stay. Big and clean room, also the bathroom. Location is good if you're in a road trip, parking by the hotel. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We traveled with our dog (35 kg) and paid 10 euros extra. They had treats available for dogs and cats at the reception!

Everything was just good. No complains at all.

Staff friendly and attentive to our needs which was related to changing rooms due to a very bad smell even though the room had been cleaned

First bedroom smelt strongly of bad drains

Great location close to Alicante Airport. Great for overnight stay prior to an early flight.

Hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate. OK for overnight stay. Not suitable for longer term stays.

Exceptional value for money.

For the price the room and its facilities were exceptional., but the shabby stained carpeting in the corridors didn’t give a good initial impression.Location was very industrial, but it suited us perfectly as it was very close to the hospital we were visiting

Simplicity and cleanliness are the key features of this hotel and the a bonus is the 24 hour availability of a variety of free hot drinks from a vending machine. If you just want a base in the area or are just passing through, this is the place to stay.

room was alright quite a standard hotel room, bathroom a litle outaded looking but shower and toilet seam to be updated.
