We were half board and dining in eveningThe person in charge of restaurant was hyper about us having to order the 3 courses at the beginning and wouldn't take no for an answer!Never had that scenario before .A buffet style is far more convenient these days.

Staff very helpful & friendly. There is a very nice outdoor pool & bar area. Breakfast room nice & breakfast offering very good. Didn't use other areas on offer. Hotel located on edge of the beautiful Palm trees the town is famous for & easy walk to historic centre.

You do have to pay for parking, not much circa €6.00 per night but not mentioned when booking via Booking.com or on hotels own website.

The food at the hotel restaurant is great, staff could be more friendly and speaking of English language at a bear minimum in such a restaurant shall be expected.

Fast accommodating service. Very clean. Lovely green surroundings, delicious food in breakfast bar and the restaurants. I liked the dryer in the bathroom, so clouds and towels were always dry.Also Elche is a beautiful peaceful Spanish city. Only 15-20 min away from Alicante airport.

The room was old fashioned but spotless and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. The location is okay.

There is no proper bar. We couldn't get a sandwich at 2.30 in the afternoon.When we did manage to get a drink it was a different price every time.The restaurant is in a different buildingYou are overlooked in the swimming pool by a conference room and the restaurant

The TV got HORRIBLE reception/ connection. Every channel was unwatchable.

Great hotel ideal location.

Hotel let down by the Restaurant. 2 out of our 3 meals were very poor one of which returned to the kitchen because it was cold , the sea bass was returned but was an infinitely smaller portion!!!!Breakfast was good.

Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a safe. We had half board and the food was excellent.

Clean hotel and you get a lot for your money. Nice outdoor furniture. Lovely trees and gardens. The outdoor space really is well presented and it gave me some good inspiration for my own garden at home. Pleasant staff. The room was generally nice.

The bed would have been uncomfortable if I had not placed an extra quilt over it from a spare bed we had (hard mattresses). The walls are paper thin and I would have heard some guy snoring all night in a room down the corridor if it were not for my trusty ear plugs. Good job it made us laugh too! I didn't know that evening meals were from a set menu and drinks were not included even though we paid for half-board. Had I have known it wasn't going to be a buffet with drinks included - perhaps I would have chosen a different hotel. That said, the evening meals were amazing. Exquisite food. But another moan is that I didn't know I hadn't paid for my 12yo son to be included with a normal meal. Turns out that because my son wanted to eat an adult sized portion and choose from the normal menu (because he's a big boy now) I had to pay an additional cost of 8 Euros per meal. Dinner is served really late at 8:30pm. So filling up on breakfast didn't really help us to skip lunch. I would have given this hotel a 9 had the evening meal saga not have existed; and if the bed had a better mattress.

Nice pool nice friendly staff spacious room's

The location was excellent. On site parking was very useful. Rooms were clean, spacious and large. The grounds of the hotel were peaceful and pleasant to relax in.Table service around the pool complimentary nibbles added to the lovely experience. Breakfast was very good.This hotel provided exactly what we were looking for and was excellent value for money.

The only comment I could make was that the restaurant didn’t open until 8.30pm so we had to eat out.

Loved the place but hardly slept due to broken aircon. Our friends had the same issue.

All staff members (especially the ones from the front desk and the caffeteria during breakfast) are incredibly kind and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and provide useful and helpful information and advices. It was so easy to communicate with them.The breakfast is amazing - both in quality and quantity. There are so many options to eat and to drink and it is a great way to pack yourself with energy before starting to explore the city.There are also a gym and a sauna, and a beautiful surrounding - a great place to have a drink in the evening.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel is nice and we got upgraded to a superior room….over the all night lit entrance and opposite the restaurant lights. We asked to change but it was full. Terrible night sleep so can’t recommend this room. No offer of compensation when I complained.

Slight noise from other rooms. The cafe/bar although nice could be better designed to give it more atmostphere. An oasis
