A wonderful paradise in the city center. I felt like I was on a tropical holiday island but in reality we spent the night to celebrate my husbands birthday and to take him to the airport in the morning. I love the relaxed atmosphere and took full advantage for the spa services with a lovely massage. The dinner was spectacular and they even accommodated for my husbands vegetarian request. The breakfast was equally extravagant with loads of variety and even a cooked to order breakfast option. It was truly a remarkable stay and we will return again.

Location outside the hotel - bit dingy, no nice restaurants around the hotel just a few basic bars and beggars hanging around on the night time

Barking dogs most of the evenings. Access to car park was a daily problem, apparently auto barrier didn’t work.

Genuinely don't have a bad word to say about this property. I had travelled with my mother to celebrate both of our birthdays, and ended up extending my stay for an extra night on a whim because I didn't want to leave. The gardens that the property is located in are beyond stunning. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating (we arrived from the airport quite late the first night as the kitchen was closing, and one of the waiters, Noel, was able to get us seated and fed). The food in the restaurant was amazing. Best of all is the value for money - I travel a lot and would consider the experience you get here as being *very* close to 5 star, but without breaking the bank. Will definitely be back!

It's like living for a while in a palm tree garden, with all the needed comfort and a perfect location to explore the city.

A Beautiful hotel in a great location. The Junior suites are very luxurious and stylish. This was our second visit and we will be back with more friends and relatives.

A shame there are no food options from 17.00 to 20.30. Some staff were quite unfriendly but werewe're challenged due to the power outage the previous day.

Arrived the night Spain was suffering from power cuts and the staff were going out of their way to look after guests and make sure they got to their rooms without issue. The breakfast the following morning was great, plenty on the buffet and a good start to the day.

Bed was very hard, but probably good for my back!

Lovely location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff were helpful. If you need anything - just ask and they will do their best to accommodate.

I enjoyed the stay.

The common / pool area is amazing, and the hotel is located right next to the Huerto del Cura garden. The garden of the hotel looks like a botanical garden itself.

The bungalow/room itself was quite simple, but reasonable and comfortable enough, as the surrounding/common area is so well curated and wonderful.

A beautiful oasis in a beautiful Spanish city renowned for their palm trees. We stayed in a suite which was very good value for money. Comfy bed and great facilities.The pool was too cold for us in April but others were more intrepid! Lovely comfy seating area next to the pool and we enjoyed the breakfast very much.Parking on site (paid) and an easy walk to the basilica and excellent bars / restaurants.

Service on reception was excellent but not so much the bar area. But only a minor thing.

Bungalow type hotel. One bungalow contains several rooms (the larger the room, the fewer neighbors you will have). The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna (reservation required), SPA (additional cost), bar. Of course, a restaurant and banquet hall(s?). But we used room service for dinner, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself. But what I can say for sure is that their dishes are quite DECENT! Well, something like Michelin level (both in presentation and taste, ... and in price). So we highly recommend having dinner there at least once. The breakfast is very varied, we can also recommend it. The rooms are quite large (we were in a junior suite) and contain a bath (and a separate shower). Excellent working climate control system (quiet, fast). Well, overall, we stayed overnight as we were moving from the south of Spain to the north. But we would have happily stayed a few more days to get to know the city better and to rest in the hotel. So we'll probably come back...

The whole garden of the hotel is very beautiful.

I was there in March and the outdoor pool was not heated. So it was not useable. The sauna and whirlpool are cost €6 per person per hour and you have to inform staff half an hour ahead. So the wellness factor of the hotel was not really there. Also the hotel and garden area are beautiful, but the breakfast area is really poor in design. Also the food at breakfast was not really up to standard. No fresh coffee at breakfast but only a nespresso machine is a no go for a hotel of this price range. The receptionist didn‘t know what bus goes to the airport.
