Very clean room. Friendly staff. Close to amenities.

There was a lot of parking and seats to sit outside for breakfast the bed was very comfortable both of the rooms were big so I liked that and very beautiful view in the morning there was a vending machine to get snacks so I liked that to and there was a big bathroom

The shower was broken there was not a ac in the second and room the hotel was dirty

I have stayed many times and I’m always put in same room which is old but this is the first time in this room and it’s so much nicer atcthe back of the hotel with lovely views and more modern . Maybe it’s been modernised as the hotel has changed its name and maybe has new owners

Location is perfect with the car, quiet town, nice restaurant.

Good sized room, but noisy.Every sound from the other rooms made for a restless night. More a hostal than a hotel.

Small. Basic.

Noise from neighbouring rooms . Very basic, beds uncomfortable. Room was tiny.

Spend 3 nights here: the first 2 nights I didn't get the One Star, it should be at least 3: the room has everything: ac, balcony, very good shower, very clean, okay bed.

On the third night, however, the room next to us got occupied, and yes, it was 1 star. It was like we were sharing a room. If you have loud and antisocial neighbors, the quality drops to 1 star.I would strongly recommend the hotel not to book people in adjoining rooms if there are plenty of free rooms (and there were)

It was clean and comfortable

No hot water despite mentioning it fortunately the weather was hot , the bathroom door was rotten at the bottom and overall very tired though we believe it is undergoing a renovation program

Had bed bugs - arrived late and had to flee to another hotel when I looked it the bed

The place its very Rustic, a lot rooms and big Restaurant ,Amazing Quality Food ? ?. I think to book the next holiday in this place.The beach ⛱️ its 2 minutes in car and 20 min walking, Natural Beach pretty wild?

I liked the personal care and how my stay was made as comfortable as possible.I did have personal problems throughout my stay which were out of their control but they were very understanding of my situation and helped all they could.And in the end there was a happy ending for which I will be forever be greatfull.Ciao Ken

My personal situation.

The hotel was clean

The hotel restaurant was closed everyday we were there, there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room so having to get up, showered and walk 10 minutes to have a drink first thing in the morning

Cheap, clean, convenient, friendly staff

The shower was lovely and powerful, but we flooded the bathroom floor with it!!

Good size room 3/4 bath and powerful shower , nice afternoon/evening sun in room ,hotel well located on main road few hundred metres from cafe and shops ,Internet was good ,around 5 minutes walk from bus stop amazing views from roof terrace

Don't like key code access hotel cafe and restaurant was closed and being refurbished so it was more like a hostel and therefore maybe a tad expensive for what it was lack of sockets in room , ancient heater , glad I had no need of but no a/c which you would need in summer

Clean, comfortable, and good shower, a basic room, but good enough for me.

We’ve stayed before and it’s a great location. Bed is really comfy and the heating worked well. Nice hot shower.

Our room smelt very bad of stale cigarettes which we found really uncomfortable. We left all windows open but didn’t make a difference. We arrived very late Friday so couldn’t ask to change rooms. No point changing Saturday as we were out all day and night and left early Sunday. Just put up with it.

We booked for 2 nights , brought to the room and was untidy and absolutely freezing ........ im sure we were the only ones staying there .... pictures on web site dont give a proper expectation..... we actually left and didnt stay at all ??? went to guardamar
