Staff was rude and insulting, no shoes allowed. No places to store luggage other than the floor, bedding had holes.

Kitchen and bathroom are spacious and clean.Location is convenient.Host lady is very sweet.

Beautiful location, very clean and easy to use communal spaces. The kitchen was well-organized and had plenty of space, and the WiFi was relatively fast.

The dorms didn’t include private security lockers, which was the main thing that was lacking. I ended up leaving most things in the dorm and just carrying my valuables with me, but a locker would have been nice.

The hostel was nice, clean, and very systematic. It has everything you need. The kitchen and the dining room were spacious. You can enjoy the view and comfort from your room. The room is warm even in -10 degree.

Centrally located. Nice well equipped clean kitchen. Super kind staff. Good price too considering it is Switzerland. Nice view from the dining area. I will stay here again if I ever come back. Thank you.

We had a triple private room. Very cute hostel in Lauterbrunnen, we had a window looking towards the waterfall, there is a kitchen and toilets which are available for everyone, you can only enter the hostel buildings with a keycard. For our 2 days there we never had problems nor any waiting. The waterfall is like 5 minutes of walk, with many things to do nearby, I'll def return to this hostel

You have to take your shoes off after entering the building and put flip flops that they give you. I personally put my own flip flops since they are less prone to sliding

Everything. Quick response prior to arrival. The lady reception is very nice, jolly and kind. the room is huge. enough space for our bags, coats and jackets. the toilet and bath are clean and spacious. the kitchen and dining area are huge. kitchen feels like home. complete cutleries, stove, oven, kettle, almost everything you need. for free use. Perfect location.

The great location with parking, we can see the waterfalls from the room, that a few minutes walk to public transportation. The command kitchen is convenient that has everything that we need.

The stair to mezzanine beds is too steep.

Keycard disappeared and $80 replacement cost. Staff seemed overworked and irritated.

It was nice to make food comfortably because the common kitchen was well-used, and the dinosaur shower room was also clean

This was our first experience of staying in a hostel. The neighbors were nice, and we didn't bother each other. The room was clean and smelled good, the kitchen was well-maintained. We had a room with a mountain view, which was absolutely stunning! The hostel was only a 4-minute walk from the train station, easy check in.

Everything was good

This hostel can walk from station 5 mins. Use the exit same way to cable. Warm welcome from staff. So nice and lovely. Room small but everyone in the room is good manner, quiet and lovely. Shower room downstair and they provide table for 20-30 people for meeting, eating. Have a large kitchen for cook, heat food. Refridge also. Everything is nice to stay here.

They not provide shower gel or shampoo but i never mind.

Cleanliness, kitchen, especially shared toilets were very hygienic. Excellent service from the hotel

Centrally located to walk to anywhere, free parking even for 9 seater van, clean, complete kitchen for food prep and dining, great staff, free towels.

Bathroom is downstairs with only 3 shower stalls and 4 toilet stalls for women restroom.

1st experience as a family staying in a hostel with shared facilities. Very well maintained and even the shared facilities like WC and Showers were well maintained. View from the balcony of the "Valley" was amazing. Place is 5 min walk from train station. There is also a Coop Nearby for groceries. Common kitchen area was well maintained and all utensils and appliances were available. We cooked couple of times it was quite simple. Room was quite nice and airy. Michal was very helpful with any queries. Will definitely stay here if we visit Lauterbrunnen.
