We stayed in the family loft and it was awesome!The staff were all friendly and helpful, accommodated to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay.Room was modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped.Food at the restaurant was amazing!Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is impeccable in its design and cleanliness. The staff are truly spectacular. Knowledgeable friendly and just all around wonderful. A special acknowledgment for Andrew. He made wonderful suggestions for us to work around the rain and weather The rooftop tub and sauna are amazing. We had the tasting dinner there and it was very special. If they do not have a Michelin star yet they deserve one. Amazing! The owners are hands on and wonderful.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet spot, out of the way of the majority of town traffic. The weather was quite warm, we were grateful to have a fan provided, then a room change with more air flow. Breakfast was fabulous, as was the special dinner we took advantage of. The staff was very well trained, and adept at providing information and support.

The hotel itself was very clean and nice. The entire staff was so helpful and were happy to give recommendations and advice on what to do and how to get there. The location of the property was a perfect distance away from the town’s main attractions and our room had a breathtaking view of the mountains.

It could have just been the time of the year but there were quite a few flies that detracted from an otherwise amazing dinner. The food and service was amazing but it was unfortunate to have to swat away 3 to 4 flies between every bite.

The details of the hotel ( decorations, intentionality), cleanliness, customer service ..we had a superb experience- from the moment we checked in...Lars made us feel at home right away. Eva and Andrew---we love seeing them in the morning. I love how Andrew will go out and check the weather..he is our weather man. :-)

My partner and I spent three days here in late May and our stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered an incredible view of the mountains. It was an ideal setting for a peaceful getaway. The spa was a wonderful relaxing addition. The breakfast was delicious, everything was so fresh and impeccably put together. We received outstanding service from the staff, particularly Andrew. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local hiking trails and went out of his way to provide personalized recommendations. Thanks to his guidance, we got to explore some beautiful trails that we never would have found on our own.Highly recommend and look forward to coming back someday.

Only one room key was provided, making coordination more challenging if my partner and I had to go out separately.

very nice room, newly renovatednice hotel all around, easy parking, close to bus, amazing view, friendly and helpful staff, organized a baby crib, helped with our bags, tasty breakfast. will come back :)

nothing to complain

First and foremost, we loved the personal attention the staff gave. Andrew and Catarina were fantastic and nothing was ever to much trouble for them. Our room and bathroom were spacious and our view of those majestical mountains was simply breathtaking. Large comfortable beds, plenty of storage for unpacking a suitcase, decent sized TV. There is also an incredible outdoor spa that you can relax in and soak in the views in.

There are a good amount of TV channels however it would have been nice to have an option for Chromecast

Beautiful hotel, large rooms with a great view. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly. I would love to stay again.

One suggestion would be to have bathrobes in the rooms

Extremely clean, comfortable, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, modern and great location. We walked to everything. The spa was great after traveling and walking all day.

Breakfast was homemade , very delicious generous and healthy , with flexible choices too. Staff were amazing, intelligent and knowledgable and helpful.

Pillows - need a couple more. Otherwise it was heavenly.

Our stay at the Fiescherblik Hotel was terrific. Our room was spacious, light and comfortable, and provided us with a wonderful view of the mountains. Our host was extraordinarily helpful, providing advice and making arrangements for the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to see. We will definitely stay at the Fiescherblick when we return to Grindelwald.

Great location, easy parking and breakfast was fantastic

Room was a weird and awkward configuration, check in member of staff was v strange and v unhelpful, giving us incorrect and bad recommendations. The cost to use the hot tub was way too much.

The hotel was as advertised. Comfortable rooms and simple nice breakfast. The breakfast service was very good and polite!

Everything about our stay was great—until the moment we were leaving for the airport to catch our flight. As my family was already seated in the car and I was exiting the hotel, I was abruptly informed that the second key to my kids’ room was missing (despite having returned one key just 15 minutes earlier).Even though the gentleman at reception was fully aware that we were in a hurry, he insisted—quite rudely—that I produce the missing key. I rushed upstairs to search for it but was unable to find it. Instead of offering any understanding, he continued to demand the key and informed my husband that we would be charged 150 CHF if it was not returned.In a desperate attempt to avoid the charge, we were forced to empty our luggage in the middle of the road, searching frantically while precious time ticked away. Despite our efforts, the key was nowhere to be found, and with no time left before our flight, we had no choice but to pay the outrageous fee.This experience left us extremely disappointed. Hotels must anticipate that keys can occasionally be misplaced, and frankly, I find it hard to believe that replacing a key costs 150 CHF. The way this situation was handled was not only inflexible but also deeply frustrating.
