Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast with lots of hot items. Free parking. Excellent view of the mountains from balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Located in a small town. Not many options for food in the area and you definitely need a car to move around as the public transport is sparse.

The location was very close to every destination you should visit in the heart of Switzerland.It is reasonably clean.

There was no refrigeration, no air conditioning, and not enough sockets near bed.The furniture were very old dated and low quality.Breakfast is awful. Not fresh, no enough options.Restaurant is very bad the dishes are from Indian food and expensive.

The breakfast was just okay

We only stayed one night but the man on the late desk was great at checking us in and giving us a workable fan when ours upstairs didn’t work. The private bath was also large and very clean.

The room itself was like a hot box. The windows seemed old and without any heat/glare protection. Even with the curtains closed, the sun blasted into our windows and made the lack of a/c very noticeable. The two portable fans in the room was the only thing that saved us.

Unfriendliest owner ever - hangs up at the phone when calling from the reception to check in and nobody is there. Completely overpriced ugly rooms. The whole hotel was last renovated in the 70ies... Spend the money somewhere else!

I loved the location. Problem checking in because no staff on hand st check in. The maintenance guy finally showed up and checked us in. They checked me into the wrong room at first ... but no one around to remedy the situation. Put me in a standard room when I had a deluxe room with a balcony. The shower in my deluxe room was bigger than the bathroom in the wrong room they booked me into at first. Not pleased ? but there was nothing I could do about it since there was no staff.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel needs to be renovated, and the pictures are not representative of its current state. Also, the price of the rooms is quite high for what they are worth.

Located near center. Room a bit old but okay. Can be noisy depending on the neighbors on the balcony. Breakfast was okay.

The staff was honest and extremely nice and welcoming, smiling and supportive throughout the entire stay. Great location, great breakfast (included) and great good old facilities :)
