What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Beds were comfy and pool excellent.
- The location is ideal if you are planning to ski around KlostersThere is a spa in the hotel, and it's free for the guests .There is also a piano in the lobby
- The location was ideal to the Spengler cup in Davos. Unfortunately, the last train was at 10:55 pm and we needed to call a taxi….the taxi ride was very expensive for only a 22 minute drive to the hotel.
Cons -
- The restaurant was really bad, took us over an hour to get the food and it was overpriced
- The rooms are old, functional but old.The rooms were not cleaned, we had to ask explicitly for a change of the towels
- There was a limited amount of food for breakfast likely because the hotel was full.

The staff at Bad Serneus was exceptional. Such kind people and really helpful! The Rooms were also nice and had everything we needed! It‘s super close to a bus station, that will take you into klosters town or if you go by car, klosters is only a 12 min deive away. I can only recomment this hotel!
Breakfast was good though not included in room rate and was expensive. At time of booking, management advised that buses to Klosters (nearest ski lifts) run every 10 minutes. It is every 30 mins. Beware.
Lack of English speaking caused some logistics issues which was stressful with young children
