Great location. Friendly staff. Nice and spacious room. Kids staff (poty etc) in our room were much appreciated.
Breakfast was ok, I would expect more options. There were a few mistakes in our orders.
The interiors were beautiful and the staff were really friendly and it’s nice to stay at a hotel that is so accommodating for children and dogs… the little kitchen in the room was a huge bonus when travelling with two kids under four.
It would be nice for the Sauna‘s to have been open from the morning, instead of from 3pm and it would have been nicer to have a selection of glutenfree bread/ pastries at breakfast.
The spacious room, the silence, the breakfast were great. The rooms are designed very cosy and comfy.
The pool area was not so great and people were regularly using their phones to watch videos in there. Very annoying
Position is excellent and the room was very large and comfortable with a lovely view.Charming staff and an excellent car park.
Children in the room next door woke up at 6am and screamed a lot. The rooms are quiet but not soundproofed and having 3 small children in the room next door was a nuisance.
There were so many great things about this place, I'm not sure where to start. The staff was always smiling, responsive, and happy to help with an query. The location was superb - right next to a picturesque stream, and a 5 minute walk to the train station and cable car. The on-site restaurant was very good; the rooms were cleaned very well and all supplies replenished every day. The swimming pool and sauna were nice and the sports massage that we arranged via the hotel was great as well. I can't think of a single thing that we wouldn't be happy with, and we're definitely coming back if we're ever in the area in the future.
The staff were excellent. Location - about 5 minutes walk from the railway station. The breakfast was very good. This is the best hotel I've stayed at on this trip (so far)
The only fault I could find was that there was no English speaking channel accessible on the TV
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good with a range of freshly cooked food.
location ,room , staff.
restaurant very overpriced and food was mediocre.
Beautiful location , excellent services and attentive staff. Also very easy to charge an electric car.
Great location. Good sized rooms and nice amenities in the hotel
Wi fi connectivity was patchy. Dropping off and on frequently
Everything was perfect — the staff, the room, and the restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options and some truly delicious cheese. Dining on the terrace in the evening was a lovely experience as well.I’ll definitely come back! The location is ideal for exploring the Davos area. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended.

The rooms are reasonably large, claean and quiet. The staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious.
The sauna is closed in the morning.
Great hotel near the ski lift. Very comfortable beds, stylish and spacious room, great pool area, lovely balcony in the sun with a view.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The sauna area was definitely a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options, and I appreciated that you could order porridge and omelettes from the menu. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a very good experience!
However, our room was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the pictures, and when we asked the reception about it, they simply admitted that it was the only room that didn’t match the advertised images. If that’s the case, the hotel should create a separate category for this type of room instead of misleading guests. It was supposed to be “luxury chic,” but in reality, it felt more like “budget chic.” The worst part? The hotel didn’t offer any compensation—not even a discount or an apology. It felt like expecting a fancy car and getting a rundown model instead. This really ruined my mood and left a bad impression.
Great hotel near the ski lift. Very comfortable beds, stylish and spacious room, great pool area, lovely balcony in the sun with a view.
Location and Spa
Restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality. Difficult to find either available parking in the hotel’s garage, nor able to charge our electric car.
Hotels lovely laid out, places to sit a and chill downstairs so you dont have to just be in your room all the time. Great location in the town. Rooms are nice and spacious and overall the staff are great.
I wasnt blown away be the food in the restaurant. Maybe 6/10. Would i eat again in the restaurant if i went back, no. better outside to find something.Pillows on the bed arent great. No different to most hotels though. In our own homes we have supportive pillows. The Breakfast had a good array of food. I had breakfast 3 times and i found the staff half a sleep when speaking to them. Unwilling to ask if you wanted anything, everytime we had to go find someone to ask if we could have food off the menu. Seemed like they needed maybe another 1-2 people in there to ensure the service is better.
