Hotel Steinbock

Large and comfortable bed, lovely balcony with a great view, delicious breakfast, and a hot tub. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Convenient, well priced and clean

Everything's so beautiful in Klosters and the hotel is no exception. A wonderful visit and stay!

My only bit of a disappointment was one evening, the special was salmon with lemon sauce . When we got our meal, the chef switched it, and it was not with lemon sauce. That was the main reason I had ordered it.

Our room faced the main road & I was woken by traffic several times.At breakfast we were surprised to see disposable sachets of jam etc, only UHT milk, and chives & spring onions in the scrambled eggs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was smallish (which we knew from the booking, so no complaint) but comfortable. Breakfast was very good and dinner (not included in the room rate) was outstanding. Would be very happy to stay at Hotel Steinbock again.

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe having a small water kettle in the room would have been nice ...

Room spacious.

We lost 1 key out of 3 rooms we booked for 2 nights. Lost key was charged 130. Chf! We could not complain as the 70 yrs old family member lost it. But this is the most expensive lost key charge! Chf 130!

Breakfast was very adequate but not truly wonderful, it was just nice. Not huge variety.

Fabulous hotel, good breakfast, free parking, traditional top class alpine hotel with central location. Excellent staff. They have a lift up to room. We would visit again.

Nothing in particular i didn't like. Of course as with anything in the Swiss alps, it's overpriced - very basic rooms and questionable interior design, but does the job!

Good choice at breakfast, good room with comfortable beds and easy check-in.

We had the room on the 1st floor just above the entrance facing the main road, so all the smoke smell from the smoking downstairs came into our room and the traffic was heavier than we expected.

The breakfast was very nice including fresh fruit salad and delicious scrambled egg. Gluten free rolls were prepared for me each morning . The staff couldn't do enough for you. The location was perfect.

There was nothing to dislike or complain about
