Pros +
- I liked the location it is close to the main telesferic as well the hotel is very quiet and you can enjoy the silence and peaceful atmosphere.
- The beds were comfortable with down comforters. They had good gluten free bread for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was reasonable priced.
- Very nice clean property near to Klosters Dorf station and bus stops. Good breakfast.
Cons -
- The breakfast was so weak and no any food options as well no dinner, staff don’t speak English well, we couldn’t order any food, the hotel close at 10 pm and nobody is at reception or to help with anything
- The room was very small and noisy from car traffic as the hotel is located on a mayor traffic route. There was no sofa in our room, contrary to the description at booking.com. The bathroom was very small, contrary to the description at booking.com. It had no window and no ventilation at all. This was really very disturbing. There is no elevator in the building. Luckily, we came with backpacks and were able to carry them up the two floors. Overall, the hotel could use a makeover. The breakfast was okay, but for any cup of coffee or tea you had to ask the waiter, the coffee machine was not set up.
- A kettle in the room would be nice

Very nice clean property near to Klosters Dorf station and bus stops. Good breakfast.

Everything is excellent. My only recommendation os if you wish to eat in the restaurant, book a space when you book the hotel. If it’s full, the hotel staff have friendly restaurants a short walk away that are also excellent
Right next to train stop. Good breakfast.
Rude arrogant Staff and Manager. Refused to offer the text you were required to sign (terms snd conditions) in a language besides German. Told me this is Switzerland and everyone speaks German but in fact I am Swiss but from the French speaking part. The manager was condescending and sarcastic. The room was smelly, cold and mildewy and there were unnecessary half-steps up and down from hallway to room and bathroom which initially made me stub my toe and then jolt my back since I wasn’t expecting the half-step difference when entering or going to the toilet at night. The balcony was big and nice but connected to all the other room’s balcony so didn’t feel very private. I think the staff are not happy working there because they all were grumping around and not very friendly . The hotel probably gets filled up by Davos last minute participant support staff and the hotel doesn’t have to worry too much about satisfying customers since they don’t have other options to pick from. I would not go there again and would prefer to stay further away in another town even if it means snd extra 10 minute train ride …but at least be treated with respect.
Great location close to Davos Dorf train station and ski bus. Short walk to bubble lift to Madrisa ski area. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and good half board in the evening. Lovely mountain view.
Eco room was clean and warm with comfortable beds but basic. On the pricey side for what it is.
Very nice, no frills, friendly family hotel in excellent location for a ski trip on Madrisa.
Staff was really friendly. The rooms are as per the picture, nothing less, nothing more. The bus stop is next to the hotel.
We did not book a table for dinner and it was full when we wanted to go. We took a bus to go to town but most restaurants were fully booked too.
The staff even looked after our dog for the morning while we went skiing!

+ Very good location, walking distance to madrisa cable car station. Very friendly staff and helpful. We forgot to bring milk for our daughter and the receptionist offered to help. Breakfast selection is good and healthy (fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, scrammbled eggs).
-Breakfast is communicated from 7-10am. We arrived at 9.45 to the breakfast room and were greeted with “we need to lock this room at 10am you need to leave by then.” This made us very unconfortable, also as at this point we could not do anything about it or we were not informed about the very strict breakfast rules beforehand (e.g. at checkin). Usually until 10 for us means Hotel takes away the buffet, but you can still sit until 10.15-10.30. Staff was friendly so this seems like a management issue. Also we were not the only ones annoyed with this strict rule, people who arrived before us also could not understand why we were kicked out at 10.
Breakfastbuffe with excellent bread/rolls and excellent Swiss cheeses & salami and much more !Room with mountainview on the upper floor and very god bed.Free Davos/Klosters Premium Card with free bus/train in/between Klosters and Davos and much more !
Breakfastbuffe is small and with no boiled eggs and no Swiss Kirschmarmelade (cherry jam).No elevator and no Fridge in the room.
Convenient location, clean, friendly staff.
My room didn’t have a balcony as advertised
View was stunning!
No elevators and lobby has no luggage scale.
Excellent and comfortable stayExcellent review made with 3 factor (1) Owners behaviour (2) Staff behaviour (3) Location and aminities provided. IN THIS PROPERTY ALL 3ARE RATED EXCELLENT???
A pleasant classic Swiss chalet type property providing most of services. Personnel is very friendly and attentive.
good breakfast, room as expected, you can walk to Madrisa
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely, rooms very spacious and clean, excellent value for money. Excellent stay with our dog. Staff very helpful with parking. Very impressed for the price.
Not a huge issue (and wouldn’t stop me from staying again) but there are only a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel (I think 10) which are first come first served. We got the last space but this meant we were reluctant to take our car out again incase we lost it. However the staff explained that there is a public car park opposite which is quite spacious, but does charge. Might be better to allow guests to reserve a space so that they know they are guaranteed a space for the duration of the stay.
Close to the Madrisa lift and train station
Restaurant very disappointing
The hotel is nicely situated with a view of Zurich and the lake. The single room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast choice was great and the staff very friendly.
The temperature in the breakfast room was too cold.
