Room warm - there was a fan but just circulated warm air.Shower over bath was for very short people. I am not tall but had to bend to wash my hair under shower.Towels very thin.

Our room was half a floor above the elevator. Had to carry the suitcases by hand. No airconditioning. Breakfast was OK but rather minimal.

Location was good, breakfast was ok. Room was quiete, check in, check out effient.

Room size was disappointing, size of the bathroom was like a broom- cupboard, there was absolutely no room to turn round. Pillows were flat, no extra pillow provided. It was a summers night,yes, but with only a noisy fan available the room couldn‘t be cooled to a comfortable temperature. Considering all these deficiencies the room was definitely overpriced. We are experienced travelers all over the world and have an objective view of hotel quality.

Comfortable hotel within walking distance from downtown. Clean, up-to-date, great breakfast room and choices. Had a single bedroom which met all expectations. Overall great value for money. Will go there again.

The hotel is located just outside of the old walled city centre of Murten. It has a private parking. The restaurant serves good food, at least they did last time I ate there.

The standard single bed rooms are very small.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent with good variety of cereals, breads, cheeses and eggs. Superb coffee. The location is very good as Murten is on a lake and has a train station within five minutes walk.

Nothing really. Switzerland is an expensive country, but we felt this hotel was good value for money.

Great breakfast. Eggs were perfectly cooked with a nice soft yolk oozing out deliciously!

A water kettle in the room would be nice; we had no problem as the Receptionist who checked us in that afternoon quickly attended to this request. She was so very helpful and nice ? ?

Morat was busy and this was the last room available 24 hours before. I was pleasantly surprised, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious although fairly spartan.Breakfast was good and we were able to eat outside, enjoying the morning sun. The warning of the DJ playing until 1.30am did not materialise. We did not hear a thing in our room, perfect night's sleep.

Price was quite high for what we got, otherwise nothing of note.
