Good parking, great bar, fantastic food - we Brits just need to show you what Breakfast really is !

If you want to look at the lake - I didnt - make sure you request a lake side not town side room,

Very quaint and in peaceful area although not much around it

Rooms somewhat outdated

Love it here and always make it a stop on our travels. Our dogs are welcomed, the staff are great, food really good, comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms.

Nothing not to like

Love it here, the staff, the food, the rooms, everything is just perfect. Can’t believe how welcome they made our dogs. We only ever travelled with 2 dogs but have acquired a rescue so travelled with 3. The hotel left 3 beds and 3 bowls in the room, so very thoughtful. It’s lovely that they can come for dinner and breakfast with us too.

Nothing not to like.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The location on the lake is perfect with amazing views.

The rooms are small, out dated and not very insulated. The housekeeping staff were very loud in the early morning talking amongst themselves. They didn't seem to care when I opened the door and gave them the evil eye!

Very friendly staff,nice room and easy stay with dog. Good parking area. Delicious food in restaurant and good breakfast.

I had made an error while booking and booked for a da later but the staff of the hotel was very nice and able to accommodate us anyway.Breakfast was great, as well as the view from the dining/breakfast room.

Rooms are a bit outdated but serve their purpose and are clean and confortable enough

Location and staff

Rooms are worn, bathroom is outdated and needs fixing. Shower head was too low and was leaking heavily, toilet seat was askew and the headboard was also missing buttons. Next to this we were very surprised about the high prices for the food. A simple burger and fries for almost 40 euros! Ridiculous.

Very poor breakfast. I have never seen ( in any other hotels) Bowls for Cereal as small as in this hotel). They are even very small to be used for little kids. The scrambled Egg looks disgusting. I was very surprised to see some people eating it.The Metal Edge on the balcony is badly rusty. The bath and the tub were also disgusting.Neither the Beds nor the Pillows were comfortable. We have been in this hotel in the past, but was not as bad as is today.

Stay here on our way across Europe. It’s always lovely, staff are great, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good. We had an evening meal this time as we arrived earlier than usual and that too was really good. Spectacular views of the lake and mountains.

There’s nothing not to like.

The view over the lake and surrounding mountains was absolutely stunning—truly postcard-worthy at any time of day. The on-site restaurant served delicious local and international dishes, accompanied by attentive service and a cosy atmosphere. The overall service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and always helpful. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The room is clean and we had nice view from our window.The staff is great and breakfast is good

The pillows are stiff and it wasn’t comfortable to sleep on it and it’s a bit hot in the room..

The view was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Matea at the reception desk was very nice and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions which helped us get around the town of Luzern!

Excellent location, close to the main road, about an hour from Lucerne and well connected to the public transport. Amazing lake / mountains views. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Top service - breakfast was ok. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing escape!

Not major but perhaps the room(s) can have a (mini) refrigerator, and the fact there are not enough sockets in the room - we had just one and another one in the bathroom(hidden). Apart from that, nothing to complain.

Very nice location, it’s calm and beautiful there. Very nice views over the lake and the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable in comparison to many other hotels. They had coffee/tea and the kettle. Also, all the amenities in the bathroom. Also, a balcony. Breakfast was fantastic! They had a big choice and high quality food!

The shower was leaking a little bit. Need to fix that

We have stayed here a few times while travelling between uk and Türkiye. Ideal stop, very comfortable with beautiful views over mountains and the lake. Breakfast is excellent, love that our dogs are made very welcome and can sit with us at breakfast time. Staff are great. We absolutely love it here.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely place, be sure to book a room with panoramic lake view, it fully worth it

There is a tiny path between the hotel and gas station - DO NOT DRIVE IN THERE ESPECIALLY IN THE DARK, it's not an entrance to parking, the entrance to lower parking is behind the gas station a couple of meters further.
