    Pros +

    • the Staff was friendlycleanSpa was wonderful
    • Good location - short distance from nearby trail that we wanted to go for. Good spacious room.Free parking is available at the site
    • The room had lots of space and was very quiet. The shower pressure was excellent.

    Cons -

    • guesthouse without elevator to go to Spa you have to walk out to the another house
    • No elevators. Luggage needs to be carried up to the higher floors
    • We sent a message to the property to request a late check-in. The proprietors kindly left keys in a lockbox. However, when we arrived late, we didn’t realize the hotel and guesthouse were in detached buildings. After walking all over the hotel and being unable to find rooms in the “600” range, we finally returned to booking.com which indicated the guesthouse was around back. There were no lights on the outside of the building but we eventually found the correct building and room. Additional signs for guesthouse visitors should be posted. Also, there was no AC in the room (booking.com says AC is present)Because we arrived late and did not officially check in, we were marked as a no-show and charged at the front desk for our stay instead of through booking.com. All turned out fine though.

Very good location. Very good heating in the room. Comfortable and good value for the money. Nice wellness area even though it is located in the main building.

Parking fee is not included in the room rate.

Good location and food are excellent. They are highly recommended., Simply Thai and the Stube

We have to change the room because room 226 is above the wellness area and at night is loud.

The location is really nice. Beautiful view, family friendly location. Playground for the kids is available, also a small swimming pool was a nice bonus ☺️

Creaking floor in the room above us early in the morning.

    Nothing at all

No fridgeNo kettleNo sound isolationSunday in Switzerland supposed to be silent hours, but next door local neighbours making “concert” in the evening, so was almost impossible to sleep

    7CarolinePosted on: 7-22-2024

It’s a basic hotel but it was clean, bathroom quite new and the room was plenty spacious for our family of 4 for one night.

The rooms are poorly sound insulated - there is a lot of noise from the corridor and walking and talking in neighbouring rooms.

    - Incredible landscapes. - Fresh air

Uncomfortable sofa. We were guesting fourth in room, sofa was uncomfortable (Bed was ok.

The village is peaceful and lovely. Unfortunately we did not stay there long enough. The hotel gives you a homely feel, they featured a top notch Turkish restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was nice too

It was a bit of a mountainous drive to get to the place if coming from Zurich

    7PiaPosted on: 7-4-2024

The room was good. The little pool was nice. The breakfast was wonderful, though not cheap.

The restaurant was very expensive. The hallway in the guesthouse smelled bad. The reception was unstaffed in the evening, and there was no way to reach them. This was frustrating when the tv did not work in our room. The receptionist also kept questioning wether I paid, which I did upon arrival.

Room was very clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a one night stay.

    Extra fee for parking

The view around hotel so beautiful, there is a walk way hill walk way behind the hotel to enjoy.Spa area and pool are perfect.

Nice facilities and helpful, friendly staff. They don't just point and say "It's over there", they walk you to where you need to go.

Rooms behind the main hotel have basic furniture ... plastic chairs or pieces of blank wood bedside tables. Also they don't leave the back door open, so you always need to enter the hotel from the front entrance. Not so good when you are wet after a wellness session. Restaurants are expensive can be $100 for 2 people.

The stuff was very nice and helpful. It ia close to Lichtenstein and the skilifts.

    No elevator.

Very nice place to stay and rest in mountains. We had a problem with car, we got stuck, but thanks to Italian employee we managed to go out! Thanks a lot!!!

    7YuPosted on: 10-24-2023

Located in a small village not too far from Lichtenstein with great views of the mountains. We stayed at the guesthouse which is lower tier than main hotel so it was a good value. Complimentary access to spa was a nice touch at the end of the day.

It’s a village but the hotel charges SF8 for parking. Apparently the public parking charges too. Our room had a TV which was not working. Lights and odd step going to the washroom were very basic and badly thought out

    7KamilPosted on: 10-22-2023

    Beautiful view around.

Interior of the hotel is really old. No kettles, glasses in the room, no menus, no information brochures, TVs are micro size and also really old. By the entrance to the hotel the ceiling was leaking and no one pays attention to the large puddle of water. The snooker and Bowling are also really old but still nice to have it. We didn't received the room which we chose. Just in the second day we moved to proper room.

Our room was clean and spacious. The shower had great pressure. It was located a two minute walk from the bus stop. The

Friendly staff, basic, clean, very comfortable. We were there for the Irish openair Festival and the hotel provided us with free bus tickets to get there, 20 mins away. Super Thai Restaurant attached to the hotel. Loved our stay
