Property was in immaculate condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful!Well situated with public transportation! I got more than expected.

Expensive but I guess Switzerland. Stange they charge for baby cots (was a surprise for me), but again very friendly as they just chargered for one kid (they could have charged for both)

Excellent dinner in the restaurant and lovely breakfast on the terrace. The room was ideal for our needs with a permanent wheelchair user. The building is a stunning design. Staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful.

No tea making facilities in the room, which was surprising

I liked the combination between traditional and modern style. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to stop overnight last minute and didn’t regret our choice. I’ll mark the place for future trips.The food was excellent.

Everything was perfect

During our 2 week European road trip we had to return as our first stay was amazing .The welcome from all staff , the room upgrade , the restuarant, the invitation to the dancing ?downstairs with the locals, the breakfast , the goodbyes in morning ! Everyone treated us like Kings & Queens . 10/10 to all hopefully see you all next year.

Only thing we didn't like was leaving this wonderful hotel .

The beautiful scenery is breathtaking as was the facilities , staff and the steak dinner was the best I've ever had worldwide ? 10/10 to all the Staff

Good location

Expensive for what it was, especially the restaurant. No double beds even though advertised as double beds.Weird shower / toilet arrangement.

Modern and spacious room

Breakfast, clean-level vs. value, location noise (between highway and rail), A/C (non-funcitional, or as staff called it "ecological") & if you open the windows; then mosquitoes will take care of for the rest of your noise night (thanks to the location)Restaurant offers a mediocre breakfast with flies & understand cleaning! We came at 9 to full empty & all tables were not clean as a big group just left; only a single waiter and he/she did not seem to care. Flies we're everywhere on eggs, yougert & bread. Not 2-3/flies; a dozen at least.

I stayed here for my birthday. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! the staffs were so nice and the location was amazing. The staff upgraded our room and it was such a memorable birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely visit again. Thank you once again to all the staff including the kitchen staff because the food was top notch. Loved every minute I was there !

When we checked in, restaurant was closed for the break time. But owner was so considerate he went into the kitchen started cooking...and he was an Excellent singer.Staff were awesome.

I honestly don’t recommend this hotel ! They have a very bad service, they don’t deserve a 4 star hotel.

1. First they’ve got us a wrong booking2. The shampoo and the lotion in the toilet r used 3. They don’t even serve a one bottle of water in the room 4. The key cards were not working for several times because of technical issues as they’ve mentioned5. They didn’t clean the room for several times until we ask 6. Even if they cleaned the room they don’t change the bedsheets 7. No one answers in the reception when u call or even when u go down to them, no one is available! 8. no AC it was small blower with dirty water Ana fan for other room

The room was not clean when we entered !!Also we feel for the price shampoo should be available and soap dishes should be full !! Not good to see soap dishes in shower half empty Finally menus need to also be in English for restaurant !! Good is great but staff couldn’t translate German menu !!

Friendliness of the staff

No locks in the washrooms - no facilities in the room - see through toilets. No AC or fans available. Limited breakfast menu. Far away location.
