The food was delicious with a small but focused menu. Local produce featured on it and was fresh and wholesome. There was a games room and cinema in the basement. Our room was spacious with a balcony and stunning mountain view.

Säntis Lodge was great! Clean, comfy, and family-friendly with a fun games room. The restaurant was perfect after skiing, and breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Rooms are a bit outdated but bed was really comfortable and bathroom was good.

I guess it’s low season, the restaurant are unfortunately closed, we have to drive in snow to look for foods .

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, surrounded by the mountains and a green landscape that makes you think you're in a movie. The breakfast was full of options and really delicious. The bedroom was cozy, very spacious and also with nice views. There is also an entertainment room with a tennis table, a pool table and a cinema for the bad weather days or just for relaxing at night.

It's more of a personal taste, I guess, but my husband and I prefer a bit harder mattresses.

The property is cute and nice. Room size was huge and all the needed facilities were available. It was quite clean and peaceful.

There is a room for the skis and a nice cinema for the kids. The bedroom was very spacious with a nice Mountain View. There was a bathtub, which was very nice after a day skiing

Everything is very dated and it was very noisy. The communication with the restaurant was rather complicated and I wouldn’t recommend eating there. Breakfast was ok, just not much variety. Everything feels as if they might go bankrupt any moment.

Rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear your neighbors and people in the corridor. Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night, and doors were extremely loud when he tugged the door handle.The restaurant has its own rules when you can order something and where you can sit to eat, so you feel uncomfortable.

Everything was amazing, from the breakfast to the games room to the cinema! We would definitely stay here again. Service was friendly, the view was amazing, the walking-routes were so beautiful. After our trip, the whole voted on what was our favourite hotel. Berg & Bett Santis lodge won!

Maybe the popcorn coooould get cheaper? Otherwise, everything was good, thanks.

We loved it All. It is clean, parking available, very kind personnel, ideal for groups and families, it has a cinema for kids and recreation rooms with a billiard and table tennis to enjoy. Very well prepared for all kind of situations. The rooms are big and clean. Great views and a beautiful place in general.
