Hotel Hirschen Wildhaus

The room was very nice with a gorgeous view and a nice balcony. You can even admire the panorama while taking a shower. The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of local food, and you can order additional items (eggs, etc.). The pool has a lot of features that you can discover. However, it feels crowded with five people.

The service is very slow, both at the breakfast buffet and in the restaurant. As the room with the panorama faces the road, it may be a bit noisy at times.

Breakfast selection was fantastic. Wellness area is medium size but very cosy. The members of staff at the reception, bar and the restaurant are really friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making our stay very pleasant.

8 Chf for the parking!!! I did not expect this from a pricey 4 star hotel :-( Room was ok, but getting a bit outdated.

The hotel’s reception closes before 8pm, no restaurant open after 8pm and nothing open near by the hotel.. you need to drive 10 mns to find Supermarket

Good location, central, very close to the bus stop. The restaurant was nice, the dinner tasty, service good.Breakfast was also tasty, amazing selection of local cheese. It was summer, so I really appreciated, that all the fresh fruit and meat was covered and protected from insects, if there were any.The room was quite spacious, the bathroom and room git quite nice face-lift. The view from balcony was amazing, facing the Toggenburg valley.

Great breakfast, lovely restaurant with fondue, lovely bar with cocktails in the evening, complete with bowling alley and a foosball table, and lovely staff. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We loved this place! The best breakfast I had in my hole life in a Hotel! We are definitely coming back. The mix between the old first Hotel building with the renovated part, access to the sauna and pool, the view to the Mountains! We had a lovely dinner as well in their Stube. Is very nice to been great by the owner who is six generation running the business :) Thank you so much and we see you soon!

Great hotel. Most staff were wonderful. Facilities were incredible. Electric bikes were brilliant. Restaurants lovely. Spa gorgeous. Breakfast delicious.

Bar closed on Sunday and Monday night. This meant that we couldn't use the pool table.....felt a little sad as we booked the hotel so that our teenager could play pool/darts in the evening. We didn't need a drink but would have liked to use the facilities (we were happy to pay). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We missed this!

Room was newly refurbished, stylish. Beds were comfortable and bathroom nicely designed. Bedroom and bathroom exceptionally clean. The SPA area is great, with a heated pool, water jets and sauna. In-hotel restaurants are pricey, but the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and the spread ranges from cereals and fresh fruit / yoghurt to cold meats, a huge cheese selection, and eggs made to order. The hotel location and views are superb.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Beautiful hotel, very big room with plenty of space for kids beds and stroller

The restaurant service: everything was full, even the restaurants outside the hotel. Nobody was answering the phone and we had stressful time to get food for our kids. This pretty much ruined the whole experience.

The wellness area is incredible and our basic level room was just right. I was worried about the customer service we would receive after reading previous reviews, but the staff were very warm and welcoming and we felt well looked after!!

Some parts could do with modernising but mostly fabulous.

The room should be renovated a bit. A transparent bathroom without a door is not a good idea. Because of the humidity, the fan ran all night and wouldn't turn off.
