Loved the room, lots of space.

Heating insufficient for the size and height of the room.

Cosy atmosphere, clean hotel, excellent restaurant, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, convenient parking

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Great service and clean room. It was definitely a good-value.

The room we had was large and accessible for disabled. It had a kingsize bed.We also ate in the one-star restaurant. The food and wine were good.

Overall the staff wasn't very hospitable. Service at the bar was poor. In the restaurant we waited quite a while before someone explained the menu. We had to ask for a drink. We ordered a menu with matching wines. When the first course came we had to ask for the wine. Glasses were removed before they were empty. We had to wait long for the last course (dessert). The staff seemed to be inexperienced and not in control. It influenced our experience in a bad way.

Excellent location, we like also style of the hotel, very comfortable beds, combination of modern architecture with historical buildings. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offered all set of services.

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Like a bonus we had sauna for free. I forget a scarf and stuff was kind and save it for me.

The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. The reception and other staff were knowledgeable and friendly, they helped us with sightseeing in surrounding areas too!

Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim

Good-sized standard room that had been tastefully decorated in an old building with a very chic en suite.

Parking was limited but we easily found free on-street parking in an adjacent street.

The room is great, even nicer than on the photos.Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.The restaurant food was exceptional!All together we will return.Highly recommended.

The waitress at breakfast didn't have a good day... all went well but a smile was hard to find.

An interesting old hotel, with good food and comfort. The front of house manager was exceptional in helping me find a quiet room, as I was concerned about extractor fans from the kitchen, which as it turned out were switched off in good time, so did not disturb my sleep. He took the trouble to show me several other rooms which would have been at the front of the otel so subject to some traffic noise.

It was surprising to find were right up against the walls of a prison! Although this didn't actually cause us any issues.

Breakfast was overpriced at 17 euros- it consisted of cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Plus limited meats and cheese plus bread and jams. Bread was half a rather squashed loaf but admittedly nice tasting. There was an egg station but no one to man it- all in all really a lot of money for little in return,The hotel appeared to only have one member off staff on duty at any one time- so when we arrived we had to ring the bell several times as the gentleman on duty was attending to another request for room service and on leaving the lady on duty was clearing the breakfast room whilst we rang the bell to settle our bill and leave .Customer service needs to be addressed and that is not at all directed at the staff who were absolutely lovely, polite and helpful. Reception should be manned constantly,ready to assist and advise the customer and staffing levels should reflect this.

A very stylish, clean hotel in the central street of the centrum (very very quiet) The isolation is very good, inside the room was very quiet.The personal is very kind and helpful.The room was clean, spacious, nice bathroom with good supplies. Just like the pictureI would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is perfectly placed for a stopover in the area - a historic building in the centre of town. Our room was quirky but very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony perched above the street

Sadly the restaurant was closed for renovation so we had to eat locally. However the manager gave us recommendations and we had an absolutely excellent dinner nearby: a bonus!

Large suite, comfy beds, with a lovely ensuite shower room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good local restaurant recommendation as the hotel restaurant was closed.

The toilet was near the main door to the suite and there was no washbasin in the toilet so the second bedroom guest had to come into the main room to wash in the ensuite shower room.

Very nice place, wonderful location, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was not included, but it could be ordered for the extra pay, and it was fantastic.
