Hotel Boutique Alicante Palacete S.XVII Adults Only

Clean room Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Off site parking

Nothing at all

Quiet.

Early morning, yard maintenance during outdoor breakfast.

Perfect location in the heart of Alicante with beautiful historic charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent amenities and top-notch service made this experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alicante.

Nothing to complain about - everything was excellent!

Great location. The man on the reception who is working night shift is exceptional! Also and other girls are nice. Recommendation.

We were looking for a hotel with a central location and also offering parking, and this hotel checked both of these boxes. Valet parking was promptly available when we arrived and when we needed the car during our stay and at check-out. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, so we truly enjoyed the location. Our Superior Double Room was very spacious and while not exactly practical and updated, it did have a nice historic-meets-modern aesthetic design to it.

With its central location and proximity to restaurants and bars comes noise, especially in the evening and during the night. The room, while nicely designed from a purely aesthetic point of view, lacked what these days are considered basic amenities - we had no wardrobe or closet, too few outlets, and poor illumination.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our time in Alicante! The location was perfect — close to the beach, the old town, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always ready with great local tips and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day.Overall, this hotel made our trip to Alicante even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in the heart of the city. ???

The location.

Pillows, we're not that great. Not enough storage for clothing. Too long a wait in having breakfast served. Tiny cutlery and tiny napkins. No water served with breakfast. Can be a bit noisy.

Hotel location and general decor excellent. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast same every day with no choice. Slightly youth hostel feel to the breakfast

The building is gorgeous , perfect location . Lovely staff .

It was the second time I was at this hotel une of the windows didn’t close well and the area is noisy. Air conditioning was noisy too . Breakfast was really big but they only have one type .

The location is great, the room I stayed had an indoor window thus is was very quiet. The Airco works great and the room is spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was really friendly and the upstairs sky terrace is a nice cute surprise

the upstairs sky terrace was not serviced and had to order through room service or bring your own drinks. The Sky terrace has potential :)

Gorgeous hotel in the perfektionisti spot of city. The staff was really helpful and nice. The building is just amazing! Terrace is super! And breakfast - just amazing!

Beautiful building lovely staff perfect location our 2 nd visit can't wait to stay again

The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the location was extremely accessible to the old town

The property was more than tired, it was exhausted The floors were uneven to the point that I had to lay my suitcase flat or it rolled away The laminate flooring was cheap and badly worn, the walls needed paint and repair It was difficult to access by car which is fine but would have been much easier if they had included some helpful directions

Beautiful 17th century architecture located in the heart of old town, 5 minute walk to beach, surrounded by cafes, hiking galore through flowers and staircases up to the castle ruins. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Nada.

The staff were amazing, so lovely and helpful. We only stayed one night, which happened to be when the national power cut happened! The staff coped so well and helped in any way they could. They took our car and parked it. Would love to go back and stay for longer. Lovely roof terrace.

Fantastic location in the old Town. Lift available if required. Supplied with bottle water and small bottles of soft drinks in mini bar daily free of charge!

Great central location in Old town Alicante. Walkable to all attractions and beach. Roof terrace was a real plus. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Location , aesthetics

Bathroom too small, sink so near toilet you could actually sit on toilet and brush your teeth at same time, very unhygienic, would not have booked this room if i had known that the bathroom was so tiny

Liked the location and the quietness. Beautiful building.

No shelves to put your clothes on or shelves in bathroom for shower gel etc.. Had to hold shower in hand as wouldnt stay up.

Beautiful building and wonderful rooms. Staff were very Friendly and helpful. Location is the best. Great roof terrace
