Location, and though I love that the company was having a giant party for the 50th anniversary, that meant few of the advertised amenities were available

Great place to stay. Definitely happy with what we paid. Initially planned to stay for two nights but we ended up staing for 6. Very comfortable & located perfectly for visiting Alicante area beaches. Would highly recommend.

It was clean and we got a good sale rate! Breakfast was included and a wonderful buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! It was refreshing to be treated with smiles and above and beyond willingness to help!

Parking

Room smell cigarettes and some parts of it was dirty. Dinner at hotel’s restaurant was very bad and expensive. I spent 50 euros for two of us for a food that was one of the worst I’ve seen in a restaurant. I usually not complain about anything, but at this time I couldn’t leave without this feedback

Rooms are nice and clean with lots of space(unless you're the type of person that looks into the dust in the bathroom fan). The pool is nice, there is plenty of room around it, and the water is a bit cold until you adjust maybe because they put a hose in the pool in the morning. Food was fine and affordable. AC is central so it is either on or off. The location is good to get around if you are a walker or commuter too, bus stop is in front of the hotel and it is 2.9 euro for two persons and 15 minutes tops to get to Alicante downtown. Albuferte beach is 20 minutes walk downhill from Aldi which is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel. In 20 minutes walking distance you also have Gran Via shopping center, lots of fastfood options and restaurants. Taxi to San Juan beach is 8-10 euro, city center as well, app we used the most is cabify, there is also freenow app.

I didn't like the pillows because they were too long and soft, The room safe is unusable. There is a person at the front desk that says no to everything one asks , very unpleasant, while the rest of the staff was very nice, they even changed our room on request because of wifi. Not enough electric plugs in the room is also something the hotel needs to fix.

The hotel was spotless. Pool area very nice. Staff are friendly. Food from Cafeteria is very good, we didn't eat in the restaurant.

Shower pressure was not very good.

Room is adequate size for 2 adults. There is a very small fridge and safe deposit box. You can purchase access to the breakfast buffet at the front desk when you check in for a discount. The breakfast is decent: fruit, eggs, ham, tomatoes, breads and sweets. Different types of coffees and teas are offered. The is a small bar that had well priced food and drinks. There is also a restaurant for dining. The pool was open but the water was cold. Private, gated parking is included. Pilar and the other ladies at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Not much to see around the hotel; you need a car.

Matteo was a sweet guy at the reception and 2 lovely ladies I don't recall the name they were helpful , 2 wonderful staff at the bar Referring 2 to gentleman I don't recall the name I think one is John & another one he is young superHelpful & sweet ,some people at reception need to improve when u walk in they look at you in a disgusting way , a lovely woman who clean the room very sweet but I don't know her name even she does not know English she try her best bless her . This hotel has to improve a lot don't deserve the 3 star yet

Ants in my room, road noise and not being able to lock my window made me feel a bit nervous

Good hotel.Tasty breakfast.Bus stop is near by hotel if you want to get to the old town.Perfect mountain view!

We stayed in the hotel because it was pretty close to the concert hall. The price for one night more than reasonable. Parking included in price. Friendly stuff

Staff wasn’t that bad

The room was so bad, floor dirty, no plugs either side of the bed, no plugs for the bath or sink, broken/open tile above shower, no working phone to call reception from room, had to walk to reception to get an iron and board genuinely a 1ft board!!! People looking into room etc from car park, honestly up there with one of the worst places.

said there were bikes available to hire on booking.com page which was one of the main reasons we chose it but staff seemed to have no idea?

The pool was shut two of the three days we stayed and the food was a set menu not buffet so struggled to find something we liked

Good breakfast, kind and nice people who are working in hotel, good value for the money.

It would be nice to have electric kettle in the room. Everything else was fine.
