The shower only had a half glass wall and water spray would wet the floor outside the shower so you had to be careful.

The staff were very friendly the hotel breakfast was excellent we really liked our room and it was centrally located in Alicante

It was hard to get in an Uber or a cab in front of the hotel because there was so much traffic and every time you went out to the street people are honking their horns trying to get the cab driver to move.

Every time you walked into the room there was a bad odor. My husband said it was sewage.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we chose this hotel as we knew we would have a quiet, clean room after arriving at 1am. As anticipated, we slept well and had the buffet breakfast (which was wonderful). The staff who helped us on arrival and checking out were friendly and efficient.

It was OK but nothing special. The one in Sevilla (same chain) was much better. The location was OK, close to everything and the room was cleaned every day to high standard.

View from the window - there was no view at all, just on other rooms windows, and the room itself was very dark and hot. Two single beds were put together instead of one double. I would definitely pick a different hotel next time when visiting Alicante.

The rooms were very clean and the shower was excellent.

The hotel has a very central location which made it noisy at night. I recommend packing ear plugs as when the street quietens down the noise of the drinks cooler in the room becomes very loud.

There was no view from the window, it overlooked a wall and another guest's window.

My experience was spoiled by my first night, where I stayed in a room on the street facing a nearby nightclub: the experience was as if I was inside the club itself, no sleep until 4 am.. luckily I asked to change and the staff did the necessary to get me a much better room for the remaining days.
