It is an average 3-star hotel. No amenities, Hotel is maintained well, and the service is also average, sometimes unkind

My overal experience as a frequent traveler was not good. Everything was Ok at best.Restaurant people were not friendly and food was not great.Im not going back again!

The view was fantastic, the breakfast spread was really nice.

The bed was extremely firm, and gave me some shoulder ache. I wish the hotel had a mini store for toiletries. Sometimes your guests forget things.

The room was great, and always cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was also well staffed and clean. You could even order drinks from your sunbed which is more akin to a 5*! The hotel was reasonably priced for the quality and the staff lovely

This is not to do with the hotel - there was nothing we didn’t like! But there were limited options for dinner outside the hotel

I loved the location of the hotel, direct access to the beach and after our check out we had the chance to spend the day at the beach then had access to shower and change at the hotel!

Very well designed, looking more of 5 star hotel on first sight. Staff very supportive even with my wife's silly questions/ requests. Location and facilities are spot on, area is quiet and easy to reach to all amenities around. Beach towels available with deposit only.

Shower design, water splashing onto floor which is is not designed to be wet causing it to bulge out. Bed shouldn't have wheels it made it squeak a bit, but neighbouring room just turned TV up to fix it. Its only booking.com fault but it should be explained payment is processed separately while card checks are still done by website while booking.

The facilities are top-notch, and everything is well-maintained.Breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a great variety of options that are fresh and delicious. The hotel café is also of a very high standard, perfect for a casual bite or a relaxing coffee. The pool area is stunning, offering a serene spot to unwind.The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach and surrounded by a wide selection of excellent restaurants. Plus, the tram stop is very close, making it easy to explore the area. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’d definitely return!

You won't be able to pay for your stay the usual way through bookingcom.The hotel sends you payment links that work terribly badly and reject cards with no reason. Insane experience.To use the hotel internet you will need to re-enter the password every 10 minutes. ???

Some building work at a distance but it wasn't all the time.

Cannot believe this hotel is only rated 3 stars. Surrounding gardens, pool, reception, rooms with fabulous balconies facing the sea. Room cleaned every day. Fridge and kettle . Amazing value. Lovely staff. Our room had minor skirting board/flooring /scuffs around bathroom if I’m being picky but it was a wonderful 4 nights. Would recommend and definitely return
