The location is good for walking the town. Good card lock system.

It was not kept clean,the walls are very thin so you hear every noise/sound,the bed was foam and rolled to the middle,sewer smell in the bathroom with some mold in the shower,had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the odor from the room.

Great location, easy to find. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.

The room was tiny, felt very old (furniture) and the shower was so small one person could barely fit in it. Good for an overnight (we had a very early flight).

We were informed there would be WiFi. This was unavailable for most of the time

there is no wifi in my room 36 , no signal . The property contact number no reply, text or whatsapp fail to send, reception in person only available between 10am to 2pm. The room next to me male and female speak so loud and lauging up to 2am, i knock the wall they still doing it, I do not know how to call police,I try to reach customer service via booking platform but I cannot send any message due to no wifi. Apart of that,no shower gel, no quilt, no kettle even no cup. I did not fussy ,but no wifi no customer service support upset me, whole night i almost no sleep. And no journey plan ,no bus route and next stay due to no wifi, I have to spend more for calling taxi . After i raise up complain, the staff and property owner said wifi technical problem is not their fault, noise neighbourhood/their customer I should call local authorities! But how can I speak local Spainish language to report, which number shall I call if customer service even do not reply me or guide me ? I therefore asked for refund. As I paid for peaceful stay with basic wifi requirement for preparingcreceiving IVF ETtreatment on 6th Aug . But there is no peace,no wifi no sleep a t all. I do not know so many bad score here why they still list via booking.com , I kept my legal tights to get my money back if they do not do it and my treatment fail because of no sleep , I will ask compensation of this booking as this kind of treatment need long time to prepare and need relax and fully rest.

Location, easy check in

Bad smell in the room, blankets smell of cigarettes, windows couldn’t be closed properly so it was cold at night, bathroom door won’t close either, absolutely no space to unpack or put your clothes anywhere, no hooks or hangers, not even one table, noisy, uncomfortable worn out bed, no hairdryer… this place on Google rated 2.1, too bad it has a different name (L’Atic rooms) and I spotted this too late
