Its location is perfect as it allows easy acceas to the best spots

Room flooe is not accesible by elevator. One of our frienda has issues with her legs…. So it was a challenge

I loved the variety of the breakfast. It has a super location in the old town. The bed was also very confy and we had a huge bathroom with great Equipments and small hotel gifts. I was very sarisfied in General with our stay. :)))

The balkony door next to the bed was half broken so it was almost impossible to shut it down properly which is essential because the street is very noisy. However there is a doubled door so it is still okay with it.

The location is ideal to walk to the port, the beach, and lots of bars and restaurants, shops etc

The bathroom doors, didn't close appropriately, due to the glass door and also the door was so close to the bed. This affects the privacy.

AC is hard to control. No toilet cleaning brush( normal for Spain).

The property was perfectly situated in Alicante. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The AC was very efficient. The staff was excellent. Lots of fresh fruit for breakfast.

What a great location - so central you could pop back to the hotel during the day. It was April so not very busy and the double windows blocked out any noise from the street. We arrived a few hours early expecting to drop off our luggage but were told the room was ready for us. The staff were very friendly and the hotel offered so much, arranging tours, parking, packed lunches - the list was lengthy.

As a vegetarian I needed to know what breakfast items contained meat as most items weren’t labelled, I was told things were vegetarian that weren’t. But there were plenty of other options - but it just meant I wasted food cutting it open to then discard it.

Very comfortable, nice staff, pleasant breakfast area (not crowded). No noise from street with closed windows.

The pillow was way too big for me, but I didn't ask for a replacement.

Location in the heart of Alicante! Close to shop, restaurantes and beach! Really nice breakfast.

Next time we will book room with a view!

I missed jamon at the breakfast. Hotel is located in a frequented fast food street, so it is heavy to resist the aromas. Ear plugs could be useful.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before.The central location in the old part of town remains very good. Also the fact that several restaurants are located nearby, the short walking distance from the bus stop to the airport, the even shorter distance to the underground tram station to Benidorm and to other places on the coast.The excellent breakfast buffet is a great asset.However, the difference in rooms is big. Not because of the comfort or the room interior, but the rooms at the front (street side) are recommended. Other rooms on the inside are very dark and not so pleasant.This time I had a single room at the front side on the first floor (I think room no. 102). Room and bathroom were excellent and suitable for one person.Since my last visit, almost the entire staff had changed. Remarkable.But everyone very friendly and helpful.The Algerian restaurant on the mezzanine serves very tasty dishes.

Great sized room. Fabulous bathroom. Hotel is right near the restaurants. And the beach so absolutely tip top location. Friday night was very noisy with nightclub music going till 6.00 so pack earbuds.Breakfast was okay. Lots of cakes. And vegetables- bizarre.
