Hotel Santa Faz

The receptionist was very positiv and tried to solve my situation with very small room and upgradet me to double for just 20 eur a day

the surrounding is very industrial

It was an old quaint hotel without all the frills. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. There are nice restaurants around the area and sites to see. My friend broke his ankle and they went out of their way to help us out with calling an ambulance and helping him get back to the room. They made arrangements for us to take a taxi to Valencia so we could leave and come home.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It didn’t have all the things the expensive hotels do, but I didn’t mind it. I got to go have some really good coffee down the street along with some great pastries.

Super clean rooms, close to the Institute for Neurosciences, the University Miguel Hernandez and the related hospital. Very friendly personell, always there to assist us! Even if not all of them were fluent in English, we could easily communicate!

There is not much to like. Just a place to sleep. Beach without car not reachable. Down they have a terrace with a restaurant, I recommend the food, they have a good cook. To sit at the terrace you need to buy something. The cleaning ladies are good and correct, we left our values and money things there and it was ok.

Was clean, comfortable. Ok for a one night

Location was not the best but if you have a car it shouldn’t be a problem

My partner was in the hospital close by so it was very convenient.I was happily surprised that the room was very quiet.

I could hear other guests, walls are thin and not soundproofed at all. I’d have loved having a fridge in the room. Rooms are a bit outdated but it’s still good value for money.

Everything we needed, parking on the street was free. Old style hotel, but clean and confortable.

Very close to the road so you will hear the trafic noise all the time. No fridge in the room and old furniture. The price was very high for all the facilities.

Helpful staff - organised very early taxi for us.Room - very nice and comfortable.

Shower head/rose and fitting to hold it were not compatible - so shower head not held up. Had a shower holding shower head/rose in my hand. Otherwise facilities ok.

The location, staff, and meals were exceptional.

In walking distance to my son. Market across the road. Next to nice restaurant. Very friendly even though the language barrier was a struggle.

Limited access to hot drink to when restaurant is open. No fridge. Internet a bit patchy.

Three stars hotel but very nice. Room clean- nice bed. You have everything what do you need. Bathroom with shower where you can find soup and shampoo :) in room air conditioner - small but working. guy in reception very kind, even if he doesn’t speak English well he tried his best to help and answer for all questions. Under is bus stop if you want go to the beach. Airport 15 min away.

Clean and Decent size room with balcony and good ac. Good WiFi. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Nice Square with bar/cafe.
