The food was excellent!

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful and accommodating. The food from the restaurant was really good and again, the staff were great! Finally, the rooms were comfortable, shower was awesome!

The only thing I had a hard time with was finding the parking. We ended up finding a spot on the street so it worked out. Everything else was great!!

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and overall hotel premises.

We have got a room with inner door to neighboring room, but seems not soundproofed, which makes you a part of your neighbors conversation, which is pretty much annoying for both rooms clients.

This facility is a modern esthetically nice facility. It is cleanand well maintained.

A sign on the building claims the hotel was a four star( per booking.com & in our opinion, as aresult of our observations, the hotel is a three star, at best.)When we checked in, we were not provided information regarding, how to regulate thethermostat. Subsequently the thermostat operation was explained to us after calling room service multiple times.We went out to the Patio and the door locked on its own and would not open. Unknown to us that the patio door automatically locks when closed. We were one story above ( about 2 for regular building) the ground and could not climb down from the patio. We had to scream & holler at passing pedestrians to get them to helps us and tell the hotel staff about our situation. We noted by damage on the door frames that we were not the first to be trapped inthis situation.They had a PARTY at the pool, which completely closed the area for PAYING guests and we could not use or swim, without any notification. Guest of this party had GLASS by the pool area, which is against all rules and laws. Glass was broken and management was NOT notified, we told the manager the next( just for them to act unaware). We did not swim in the pool for remaining days, floating glass in water could cause internal damage and potentially kill.Other observations and experiences;* Inside hall stair steps leading to our room had no hand rails. For older quests this is adangerous situation. Having to use a walking assist device is unwieldy when transitingsteps without handrails.* Nearby beaches have no services, restaurants, chair rentals. For good beachestransportation to the downtown area is necessary.*The pool had unwieldy access for older guests due to the ladders being loose, and thedistance of the deck to the first step and the water*To heat water, tea pot had to be placed on a chair*The food was of limited selection for both breakfast and dinner.

This was such a lovely hotel , very clean, such friendly staff, delicious food, and an excellent location. The rooms were very clean, fresh and well kept .The restaurant seating areas are very comfortable, indoors or outdoors. Different variety of foods to choose from for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The staff was friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect , very serene and there was a bus station nearby taking you straight to the city center or along the couple beaches along the coast . I would definitely book again on my next visit to Alicante and also recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit Alicante .Thank you Sara, Diego, Luis and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast; The hotel is close to a commercial complex and to the bus station, so it's easy to go downtown or to San Juan beach (a wonderful long and sandy beach).

The nearest beach is a bit wild, although some people might enjoy that.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff and facilities nice and clean. Location suited us nice and quiet area with a bus close by every 15 minutes into Alicante centre for 1.45.

Friendly staff

Was being refurbished during stay which meant swimming pool and outdoor facilities were not possible to use. No space to do self yoga practice.

The hotel is located a bit distant from the city centre. But there is a bus stop just 1 minute walk; the bus reaches the centre in 15 min. A benefit is that nearby the hotel starts an area of small romantic beaches, some of them sandy, others of rocks; so if you don't like crowds, that's you place. The staff is friendly, rooms - clean, food - breakfast and dinner - tasty and enough, with fruit from the season, fish and vegetables.

Location was great, very clean, staff very kind and professional, good breakfast, all we needed.

Cleaning was done only in the last day, so no visits in between from Housekeeping which was disappointing as we actually needed a clean bath mat.

The hotel itself is well laid out. Staff are friendly. The addition of your own balcony. Room is airy and comfortable.

Location is in a quiet residential area. Sea is only a short walk but there isn't any beach there. You have to take the bus, which is easy enough but an inconvenience. Breakfast only offered pork meat.

We went on holiday as a couple and I requested a double bed but we had two single beds pushed together, not really ideal for a holiday. They weren't even fastened together so moved to create a big gap between them every 5 mins !Shame pool was closed but I expect that was listed somewhere on the website and we missed it.
